Sorry chat I will always defend artists. There’s a reason why there’s the broke artist stereotype and it’s because it’s a “nonessential” career. There’s so much classism when it comes to people who do art because clients want people to do more for less,
you don’t NEED personalized pieces of expensive art; im incredibly happy and lucky that in modern day the roster for artists have grown so much but no one needs a 20 min animation of their oc doing whatever.
Art is a luxury and artists deserve to make a fair living off their work too but apparently this isn’t a conversation people are ready to have.
