The BP lockout began on March 19, leaving 800 workers and their families without a paycheck. D.C. Frank has given a lot of lip service as support, but after more than seven months of stalled negotiations, what has he accomplished? The workers and their families deserve better
As your next Congresswoman, I will get more done before I’m sworn in than Frank has done his entire time he’s paid lip service. When I’m elected, the president and all of DC will take notice. I will make this my priority to solve. It’s time to put 800 families back to work.
D.C. Frank has spent his career in politics, but whose interests is he really representing? What has he accomplished to earn your vote?
In Congress, he voted against proposals to eliminate taxes on tips and overtime and taxes on Social Security. While taxpayers fund his paycheck, he has voted against measures that would let hardworking Americans keep more of their money.
The people of Indiana’s First District deserve a representative who puts them first and fights for their interests. That’s exactly what I’ll do in Congress!
Join my team and State Rep. Julie Olthoff this Thursday as we go door-to-door, meet with voters, and remind them to vote next Tuesday!
It’s hard to believe Election Day is just one week away! Your support matters more than ever. We hope to see you there as we work to get voters to the polls and ensure their voices are heard!
I was truly honored to speak at the Right to Life event in Chesterton yesterday evening.
When facing an unexpected pregnancy, many women feel pressured to believe abortion is their only option. I experienced this firsthand when I became unexpectedly pregnant with my daughter. Some encouraged me to have an abortion, but my faith and heart told me otherwise. I will forever be grateful for that decision and feel blessed to see the woman my daughter has become.
Every life holds potential and the opportunity to make a difference in our world. I’m proud to support Right to Life and the vital work they do to support women facing unexpected pregnancies and help them choose life. No woman should have to navigate that journey feeling alone or without support.
It was a beautiful fall day to hit the streets with volunteers, knock on doors, and connect with voters! Secretary of State candidate @MaxForIndiana joined us to support candidates across Lake County.
It’s always valuable to hear directly from voters about the issues that matter most to them. As your next Congresswoman, my job is to represent the people of Indiana’s 1st District in D.C. That starts with listening to your concerns and fighting for meaningful change.
I made a quick stop at the Crown Point GOP meeting, where I joined fellow candidates in discussing the importance of this election. Midterms often see lower turnout than presidential elections, but races like Indiana’s 1st Congressional District can have a lasting impact on our country’s future.
As your next Congresswoman, I will work tirelessly to represent Hoosier values in D.C. and make Northwest Indiana proud! 🇺🇸
Frank Mrvan voted for what has been described as the largest tax increase in American history, putting seniors and working families at risk of higher costs. Yet, he faced a warrant over unpaid personal taxes.
Hoosiers work hard for every dollar they earn, and they deserve a representative who is accountable for how their tax dollars are spent. If we can’t trust Frank Mrvan to meet his own tax obligations, how can we trust him to look out for hardworking Hoosiers? #indiana #IN01
We’ve all heard the rumors that this race isn’t winnable and that this isn’t the year for Republicans. But never underestimate an underdog—or the hard work we put in every day to get our message out.
I will work tirelessly to ensure Northwest Indiana has a strong voice in D.C. I’m in this race for the people, and I’m not going anywhere. And don’t forget — I’m Bad to the Barb! 💪🇺🇸 #badtothebarb
As many of us have heard, legendary Bears coach Mike Ditka has passed away. He was loved by Bears fans across the country, and I had the honor of meeting him briefly. His incredible kindness is something I’ll never forget.
My thoughts and prayers are with his family and loved ones during this difficult time. I know he’s looking down from heaven saying, “Da Bears!” Northwest Indiana will do him proud as we welcome his beloved team to its new home.

As your next congresswoman, I won’t take a penny in campaign donations from utility PACs or special interests.
Nobody has to wonder who I answer to. I don’t answer to utility PACs or special interests. I answer to God, the voters, and our country.
Send me to Washington, and I’ll fight for the people who pay the NIPSCO bills—not the people collecting them.
As a former college track athlete, I cannot fathom what it would feel like to compete against a biological male. It is astounding that girls and women of all ages still have to advocate for fairness and equal opportunities in sports.
Men and women have biological differences that can affect athletic performance, which is why this issue deserves serious consideration. Yet Congressman Frank Mrvan voted against the Protection of Women and Girls in Sports Act, legislation that would have required sex to be recognized based on reproductive biology and genetics at birth for purposes of Title IX athletics.
Every girl deserves the opportunity to compete fairly, work hard, and see her accomplishments recognized.
The team and I had a wonderful time joining other candidates in the Westville Pumpkin Parade today. The pumpkin festival has been bringing the Westville community together for more than 3 decades. This event is not only a great way to mark the beginning of fall but to celebrate the local agricultural heritage and pumpkin harvest. 🎃 🍁🎃

We had a splendid evening in Dyer last night at the beautiful home of Tom and Vivian Brown. I am always humbled by the incredible outpouring of support our campaign has received from across the district throughout this election.
It was an incredible honor to have Attorney General @AGToddRokita join me as my special guest. I am deeply grateful for his support of my campaign and his willingness to lend his time and support to our efforts.
Thank you, Tom and Vivian, for opening your home to us. Your commitment to this race and your belief in this campaign, is truly inspiring. Words cannot express how grateful I am for your friendship and support.

During my career as a financial planner, I packed a lunch to take to work every day. As I worked with families to help them reach their financial goals, I often heard firsthand about the struggles they faced trying to make ends meet.
I want to go to Washington, D.C., to fight for working families who are struggling every day to put food on the table and afford the gas they need to get to work. These families deserve a voice in Congress, and I’m ready to be that voice. #vote #IN01
It was a wonderful day in the district attending the St. George Church Serb Fest in East Chicago. This is the third Serb fest I attended this summer and each one of them was so unique.
I’m grateful for the warm welcome and the opportunity to spend time with so many members of the Serbian community. Our communities are strongest when we celebrate the traditions and cultures that make up the fabric of Northwest Indiana.
Thank you to everyone who worked so hard to make this year’s Serb Fest another great event. I’m already looking forward to next year!
Today we celebrate the birthday of the United States Air Force.
We honor every Airman who has served, those serving today, and the families who stand beside them. Thank you for your service and sacrifice.
Happy Birthday, U.S. Air Force! 🇺🇸✈️
Today we commemorate the signing of the U.S. Constitution 239 years ago.
On September 17, 1787, in Philadelphia, the framework of our government was established—and it continues to protect the freedoms and rights of the American people.
It famously begins with three powerful words: “We the People.”
Today is a reminder that our Constitution belongs to all of us, and that it is our shared responsibility to preserve the constitutional system and the principles on which our nation was founded.
