👀👀 Look what one of our members spotted!
Today LRU members are taking action against Foxtons.
Foxtons revenue is up £5m.
That’s because they’ve played a central role in driving up rents.
One Foxtons tenant reported a rise of £12,000 per year!

Tower Hamlets London Renters Union (LRU) protesting on the Roman today!
With rents increasing by 70% in the borough, the protestors are demanding the government introduces rent freezes this winter.
@TowerHamletsLRU
We should not pay the price for the #CostOfLivingCrisis while rich landlords and letting agents get richer.
#RentFreezeNow!
We’re protesting Crystal Palace’s estate agents because they’ve been driving up rents and lining their pockets while we struggle to pay our bills and face the prospect of eviction during winter! #RentFreezeNow!
Serious harmful disrepair shouldn't be the price you pay for "cheaper rents" #RentFreezeNow

@barnet_unison has been repeatedly told by The Barnet Group "It's not about
e money". We agree with this. Except that if it is not about the about solidarity. It's about saying, "That could have been me" and "How would I want to be treated?"
