Sipping on tea while he plans... something. He won't tell what it is.

"Well, perhaps you just need to remain an outlaw. You can be a fugitive and still fight for good, like your dear friend."

"You should have been acquitted when it was found it was me. A little hiccup never hurt."

"Ruined?" He tilted his head at that. "I do not believe I am mostly to blame for that one."

"The perfect way to do it was the Winter Soldier program. I saw revenge, it was all I cared about."

"Personal for you, not for me soldat. I needed you, to get rid of the ones who took my family. But, as you know, it did not go well."

"Understandable, I still apologize. It was never personal, as I said. Just... necessary."

Only because of the luck of men. Don't forget who helped you.

Going to strike a chord... He's more than a professional.

He can only do so much when chasing someone else.

The Baron doesn't make promises, but he'll try to avoid bumping into the soldat.

Bucky's been freed from his mind control, but that isn't the information he's after now anyhow.

He wouldn't say regardless, he doesn't need any surprise visits from any law enforcement agencies, but Barnes shouldn't count his eggs before they hatch.

The usual, trying to crumble institutions and get revenge for his family. He's got his eyes on a certain ex-hydra agent.

He'll get his hands on that red journal again. The information in that book was priceless.

He was being sarcastic - he's aware he's a very hated man.

Is he sure? The Baron hasn't even properly started his day yet. There is no bullshit to sniff - only plans of bullshit.

He knows, everyone loves him.
