More baseball players are at risk for arm injuries because they don’t throw enough vs throw too much.
Many do not build up sufficient capacity needed to withstand normal demands.
Hopefully you are using this time of year to adequately prepare.

Of course I say this jokingly. One verse is not better than the others. I needed to be reminded that baseball wasn’t about me, which is why those verses are better…for me.

I used to tell younger athletes all the time:
The biggest difference between the pros and everyone else is their ability to do the little things better and more consistently.
It’s no different in the tech world. The companies that are reliable and do the simple tasks well are the ones that win.

Turned around at the mile mark.
Planned to do 2 miles.
Felt better so ran .5 miles past the starting point and back to get an extra mile in.

It was meet your mentor day, yesterday in Chapel Hill. Our athletes spent the day with their mentors as well as collecting data through testing. Our athletes left yesterday with clear plans from their mentor and will be working through the @rspapp_ai. #C35Family
Biggest takeaway from the sermon yesterday:
If the Spirit is in you, how can your life not look drastically different from the world?
Love should be overflowing in every word and action you do.
My 3 yr old said four times how cold it was on our 10 minute walk this morning. He was in long sleeves and long pants with a blanket wrapped around him.
It was 63 degrees.
