Since the year 2000, only 4 of the 26 WS champs were from small market teams. So the big markets are currently winning at an almost 85% clip. The Rays do have a well run front office that puts them in a nice spot. Saying TB beating the NYY means it’s all even tho is just wrong.

I’m not sure who should be closer but Gregory Soto absolutely needs to be down doing so for at least the time being. 13.5 ERA last 7 games & 7.71 in the last 15. Horrible WHIP stats too. GMBC has to add pen help ASAP or be fired. #Pirates #pitching

It’d be different if Triolo was playing elite defense there. Every once in a while he should be benched. Below avg defense with a horrendous bat is pathetic.
