セガの大名作『アウトラン』が、遂に「スーパー32X」へ勝手移植!!
本作はアーケード版をベースにした『Cannonball』をスーパー32Xへ移植しているプロジェクト。以前紹介した際は約30～40％の進捗で、メガドライブ側でパララックス背景を描画する処理にも挑戦していた。
そして今回、ついにベータ版が公開!!

こちら実機向けとエミュレーター向け二種類が用意され、さらに実機での処理速度を比較するため、異なるプログラム構造を採用した2種類のバージョンも公開されている。
スーパー32Xが販売されていた頃に、「なんでセガはアウトランだけ発売しないのだろう?」と思っていた、いまも昔もセガマニアな方ならば、きっと感動するに違いないぞッッ!!

幻のゲーム機『PC-FX』に、あの『Wolfenstein 3D』が、勝手移植!!
本作はPC-FXの実機上で平均28～32fpsという動作を実現!!
なんでもPC-FXの映像プロセッサ「KING」の回転機能を利用し、描画方法を工夫することで処理速度を向上させているのだとか。
さらにV810 CPU向けのアセンブリによる最適化も重ねているとの事で、今後更によくなる可能性も高い。
