Here's a clear example of how the US SEC & DTCC failure-to-deliver public data are DECEPTIVE.
They only discuss post-netting fails [net = sold - bought]. The claim is that the fail rate is less than 2%.
Yes, the value of $MSFT shares FTD on July 21 2026 was about 1.4%.
REALITY ✔️: 5.4% of shares traded failed to be delivered for settlement. 👇
Even then, the fail data NSCC gives to SEC is, as explained above, post-netting. Since NSCC claims to net upwards of 90% of trades before settlement, the real FTD rate (both by value and volume) is significantly higher.

We are getting ready to launch our firms AI Application that tracks, categorizes, catalogues and saves social media posts that have a negative effect on publicly traded companies stock. This morning I started a big dig into the #MMTLP story.
I am already finding players who are known short sellers involved like Anson Fund.
The evidence definitely points to conspiracy to defraud investors by financial agencies and brokers who are regulated by those agencies.
This is shaping up to be very explosive and yet another glaring example of how agency bureaucracy is designed to protect their industry insiders so they take all the profits without the pain leaving the honest investors holding the bag, laying bankrupt and demoralized in their evil wake.

MMAT had the chance to go after Sabby and Anson early on- they opted to not do anything about it even though I explained to them what dilution funding was going to result in. Dilution funding is what caused all the problems. It's a breeding ground for spoofing, shorting and naked short selling, and then agencies responses to it. Period.
