🪧We’re proud to support our North East, Yorkshire & Humber carers who were on the social care march in London today. 🧡🖤
They are demanding that the Government fund the rise in care fees properly, to take into account the increase in NI - because without that support the system is in danger of collapsing.
Thousands of providers are threatening to pull out of their already under funded Council contracts, leaving the sector in absolute disarray.
With Leeds now confirming that they will be giving the least in way of an up-lift (just 1.6%) - this is particularly bad for the Yorkshire region.
