Andrew Tate - Wins Appeal, Released from House Arrest
Justice has indeed prevailed, and @Cobratate, @TateTheTalisman, @naghelgeorgiana, and @Ellie_Dely have won the decision in the court of appeal and have been released from house arrest.
The judges in the appeal court once again ruled in favor of the Tates, and this time it was a unanimous decision.
The new requirements are that they are not allowed to leave Bucharest and the surrounding Ilfov county. This measure will stay in place until October 2, 2023.
As the evidence is being thoroughly examined, senior judges are consistently ruling in favor of the Tates.
The evidence is weak, and the Tates are clearly innocent.
