It just works. 24-7. Better than any human.
That's the big deal with GrokBot. The easiest way to build processes and have them executed.
If you want more on this - I'm hosting a class this week on how to ACTUALLY use AI in your real estate business - just head to BeardyBrandon.com/ and join my Ai for REI newsletter and you’ll get notified!
You still have to train it. Like a new employee. And that takes time.
Plus it NEEDS to have the full context of your business (a “second brain”).
But once it's trained... (key part) ---->
Stuff like:
- every day, sort my email
- every day, analyze new listings from Zillow
- every week, balance the books
- every day, send me a report of vacancies
You get the idea. Each one is a bot.
But there's a catch... -->
4.) Business (especially real estate) is mostly just PROCESSES.
The same steps. Every day. Every week.
And processes are what GrokBot does GREAT.
Here's what that looks like --->
3.) All your bots can be "managed" by one Primary Bot.
A chief of staff. You talk to one bot. It hands out the work.
So what kind of work?
This is where real estate gets interesting ----->
2.) You can make as many bots as you reasonably want.
Each gets a job. They work 24-7.
And each one has its own "computer" it lives on and works on. So your computer doesn't need to stay on.
But a bunch of bots with no boss? Chaos. So…
1.) GrokBot is not the smartest AI out there.
But it's super easy and intuitive... and sometimes that's more important.
Because easy means you'll actually build stuff.
And once you do -->
GrokBot for real estate investors: here's the big deal.
And no, it's not that it's the smartest AI. (It isn't lol)
But this thread will explain why im LOVING IT right now.
Real estate investors know the oldest rule in money. Pay yourself first.
Then we wake up and pay everybody else first. With the one thing we can't refinance.
The morning.
This week I'd been awake about three seconds. Then I grabbed my phone. A long text thread between a couple of my business partners. Almost all bad news.
(Yes, I'm the guy who wrote The Intention Journal. I'm aware.)
Those texts would've said the exact same thing an hour later. I just wouldn't have been the same guy reading them. Grumpy and reactive all day.
So now I decide the night before who gets the first word. For me it's coffee made the slow way, a chapter of the Bible, and prayer while I stretch. Then the texts.
The contractor's "quick question" will still be there.
Who gets your first word tomorrow?

Not many - i think maybe 200 total? It’s 720P on Seedance 2.5 but it’s only like 4 second clips, so it’s like maybe 35-70 each?

Just one lol. I mean, i have a 2nd camera, but I dont use it, because this is way easier than combining two files. And I like the movement of the slider, which i don’t have.

Yah - just one camera, never moving. You can see it kinda makes up stuff in the background that it can’t see on the front facing, but no one would notice unless they reallly look. Fascinating.

Just ordered! Thanks for the recommendation. Looking forward to it, @SahilBloom
I don't know who needs to hear this, but if you have an expensive pair of sunglasses, did you know you can order replacement lenses for like $12 on Amazon, and they'll be at your house tomorrow...
Most people who follow me won't care about this... but if you are a content creator... this is SO cool.
Two-shotted this. (It was perfect... but it missed the angle change at my "Snap". Otherwise, 100%.)
(If you're wondering, I connected Higgsfield to my Claude and trained it to make all this. It's me... and then its... not me...)

Nice! What platform are you using for it? And how good do you think it is? I've struggled finding one that doesn't "Feel" like Ai
Ok... so we've got to teach our parents... that anyone who calls them is probably fake. So many billions of dollars are about to be stolen from people who don't realize how good Ai voice agents have gotten.
But also... can't wait to put voice agents this good into answering all phone calls at my property management company!

I’ll probably ask you on the next call, but would love to hear how you think about making different channels.
I struggle with the fact that I have several related avatars but very different (newbies vs experienced.).
There’s the “Go all in on one” camp and then “make separate channels” camp.
I think you’re in camp two, but would love to hear your thoughts
