UPDATE: Global IT Issue - 11:00
We are pleased to say our IT Self-Service portal is back online and functioning normally. If colleagues experience any other IT issues, please log them on the portal or contact the IT Service Desk.

Global IT Issue - 09:30 - 19/07/24
IT Services is keeping a close eye on the development of the major IT issue affecting systems around the world.
The issue is currently impacting our Service Desk systems such as access to the IT Self-Service portal and logging tickets.
The IT Service Desk is now closed until Tuesday 02 April 2024.

Microsoft have reported an ongoing issue impacting customers in the UK that may delay or prevent some staff or students from using Microsoft 365 services normally.
