Thinking about the time I got in trouble in sixth form because I wasn’t wearing “business casual” with the reasoning it will prepare me for the working world and how as a working progressional right now, I’m one step up from basically wearing PJs whilst I’m working 💀
What’s your favourite #SaaS YouTube channels/content creators?
Confused about exactly what Paddle does for you?
Why not watch me chaotically explain it like I was talking to a mate down the pub 🍻

Working from home is incomplete without a can of monster and Machine Gun Kelly blasting in the background whilst you analyse a report
I wanted to share a funny, not so funny example I experienced of why it’s important to have women/a diverse team involved with decision making in the workplace 👇
Here comes moving day. The new office was gorgeous and had everything you basically needed… except one thing.
So at a unnamed previous company, we grew the team to the point where we needed to move to a shiny new office, except this office wouldn’t come with any services included, E.g reception, internet, supplies etc.
Include women and diverse teams in your decision making process. Ensure your leadership team is diverse. Listen to your colleagues from different minorities and take on their feedback.
Many women in the business were pretty pissed off and disappointed that is happened… obviously. But this could of all been avoided pretty easily. How?
Not one women was involved in the process of moving to this new office. But it took around 2 mins of being in the new office for a women to point out the fundamental error.
You have to find a specialist company that can provide proper bins and organise disposable… so not a quick mistake to fix. So how did this happen?
