Steve Harvey reveals he woke up owing the IRS $22,000,000 because his accountants spent SEVEN YEARS pocketing his tax checks and never filing a single return.
The government told him he had to pay $650,000 a month, every month, for 4 years. Miss ONE payment, and you go to JAIL.
He never would've known if his accountant hadn’t died. A woman cleaning out the office called his lawyer with a serious problem.
STEVE HARVEY: “She had found on the floor all my tax forms for seven years signed and with the checks stapled to it.”
“Well, they were cashing the checks, keeping the money and not turning in the tax forms.”
Seven years of bank statements that looked like a man paying his taxes.
“My lawyer called me, said, ‘Hey, man, we got a problem. You haven’t paid taxes in seven years.’”
“He said, ‘Man, that’s tax evasion. You can go to prison.’”
“I ended up owing 22 million. 22 million with the penalties.”
When he told his wife, Marjorie, she cried for two straight days.
“She says, ‘What you going to do?’ I said, ‘I’m going to go to work.’”
And he did.
“I took every comedy gig in this country, signed every contract. I went to work, man. I worked every single Friday, Saturday and Sunday.”
“I never missed a payment.”
He did that for four years. $650,000 a month, every month.
In 2012, he sold 49% of his radio company and used the check to pay the government off to zero.
“And that was the first time, man, I could breathe.”
The thieves were his accountants.
The $22,000,000 bill went to Steve Harvey.
And the only one who got threatened with prison was the man who got robbed.

This SpaceX paper is money good and better than most sovereign debt. Also means that everyone else except IG-grade hypers will price at 10-12% in 2027.
SpaceX $SPCX is finalizing a $40 billion debt raise at sharply higher borrowing costs than its previous financing, according to Semafor.
The lowest-rated portion is expected to carry an interest rate of around 8.3%, while a safer portion backed by AI chips could price near 7.75%.
The safer portion is expected to price more than 1 percentage point above where SpaceX's existing bonds trade.
The deal, led by Apollo and Goldman Sachs, is expected to be finalized next week.

I'm only going to say this once: the market is sleeping on $ASTS.
The stock is trading around $51 and is still down roughly 62% from its 52-week high of $133.86, yet the bullish developments continue to pile up.
AST SpaceMobile has already demonstrated broadband speeds approaching 100 Mbps directly to ordinary smartphones without special equipment. The company has agreements with more than 60 mobile operators representing over 3 BILLION potential subscribers, including AT&T, Verizon, Vodafone, and Rakuten.
And now $SPCX has agreed to spend approximately $8 BILLION acquiring additional wireless spectrum to expand its mobile connectivity ambitions. Think about what that says about the strategic importance of this market. Meanwhile, AST has secured agreements for access to up to 45 MHz of additional spectrum through Ligado, subject to regulatory approval and other conditions.
The business is moving in the right direction too. AST has reported 13 satellites in orbit, approximately $1.3 BILLION in contracted revenue backlog, and more than $3.7 BILLION in pro forma cash and restricted cash. Management expects $150M–$200M in 2026 revenue, while Berenberg has a $92 price target and projects approximately $1.8 BILLION in revenue by 2028.
Think about the setup: SpaceX is investing billions in wireless spectrum, major telecom companies are partnering with AST, satellites are being deployed, and billions of potential subscribers are within reach. Yet $ASTS remains roughly 62% below its 52-week high.
$ASTS isn't just another space company. It's building something potentially transformative: a satellite network capable of bringing broadband connectivity directly to billions of smartphones around the world.
Execution risks remain significant, but at around $51, I think this opportunity deserves serious attention.

SO YOU'RE TELLING ME $ASTS IS DOWN 60%+...
Deutsche Bank upgrades it to BUY.
Keeps a $93 price target.
BlueBird satellites 14, 15 and 16 arrive at Cape Canaveral.
And investors are STILL panic selling?
Apparently satellite connectivity is only an exciting investment when the stock is at all-time highs.
At these levels?
Suddenly everyone hates it.
Wall Street never fails to entertain me. 💀

"I think it can rally another $20 or $25," says @ptj_official of oil & the war in the Middle East. "If something to mediate the situation was going to happen, it would've happened already before the midterms. cnb.cx/4zw5dnq

CPI day. Same levels, same plan.
No guess on the number. Mark PM high, PM low, VWAP and the 200 SMA. Let the first move happen. Nothing before 9:40.
PM low retest holds = calls. PM high rejects = puts. VWAP and the 200 SMA are magnets. Stop up, scale out.
