@RaiseTheBarHQ has always believed on "Build" vs buy. When I first joined the organisation back in April 2021, my first task was to build the onboarding stack from scratch. This allowed us to eventually be ready with the fastest onboarding journey for our trading and investing platform @DhanHQ . We eventually went on to be one of the first trading platforms to build our own order management system (DEXT) as well. This philosophy extended when we set up Raise AI last year. When everyone else was building a wrapper over frontier LLMs, we set up to build India's first and only SLM for Capital Markets, Artham. #Artham has been running inside financial co-pilot platform @ask_fuzz, stock screening platform @scanx_trade, and @DhanHQ for over a year, summarizing market news, reading context into price moves, and answering user queries with live data drawn straight from official sources. Our entire Voice AI architecture has been built in-house as well. This allows us flexibility to build custom voice solutions for any of our group entities, including @Upsurge_club and @PlutoInsurance. We believe a strong partner in text-to-speech, which understand Indian voice nuances, especially "numbers" for a financial institution like ours, is key to scale this over the next few years.
