Ok so... Danielle Smith colluded with separatists... And according to this 2020 court document... Rath was closely connected to the Trudeau liberals. Oh Alberta politics, we can't quit you. #abpoli #ableg #cdnpoli

It has been 1,470 days since Danielle Smith promised to fix healthcare in 90 days. (That's four years, 10 days.) #ABPoli #ABHealth
Our beloved GoA is so predictable... Healthcare in a crisis? No problem. Fire anyone with experience and expertise.... Edmonton Journal edmontonjournal.com/news/eig… via @edmontonjournal

Host: Why are you here this morning? Trump rally attendee: In the '70s I was too young to get go to South America for the Jonestown massacre, so this is as close as I'll get. There's nothing like seeing a cult up close. Host: Alright, maybe this is not a Trump supporter

Prepare yourselves Albertans. We're going to be getting a lot of these ridiculous arguments in the coming days to defend the indefensible.
In the 2023 election, the UCP won 53% to 44%. But had it been just 1% different (52% to 45%) the NDP would have been government. If anything, the current map is massively gerrymandered in favour of the NDP. Restoring balance is not the same as gerrymandering it the other way.

This is genuinely one of the funniest things I've ever seen. Fox News thought they were interviewing a Trump supporter, and this man went on national television to explain that he showed up just to witness the MAGA cult in its natural habitat. I'm crying laughing.
Fox: Why are you here this morning? Trump rally attendee: Well, in the late 70s, I was a little too young to go to South America for the Jonestown Massacre. But this is as close as I'll ever get, so that's why I'm here. There's nothing like seeing a cult right up front.

Major changes to electoral boundaries mean the next battle is likely in court, and I don’t think anyone wants judges imposing new ridings. The govt can avoid this by implementing the majority maps from last spring, or simply adding two rural seats to that map #ableg
Reinforcing rural representation or gerrymandering? Chatted with @GregClarkAB, whose independent provincial boundaries report was rejected by the UCP in favour of a UCP-led committee. He worries they will go against the commissions comprehensive findings in creating new ridings, adding no other provinces does this. podcasts.apple.com/ca/podcas…

Seems like wanting to "level the playing field" is Rob finally saying the quiet part out loud. Redrawing maps to make it easier to win elections is the definition of gerrymandering - that's why we've always used an independent commission. Don't let them cheat. #ableg

This seems like more government control over things they shouldn’t have their hands on. For the people who don’t like overreach, they sure seem to do a lot of it.
We heard from students: they want clear rules and room to share their ideas. This fall, what we heard will shape our proposed path forward to keep Alberta’s campuses focused on learning, debate, and growth. Stay tuned.

Would you look at that. The safeguards in place to protect the integrity of elections, work.
A Minnesota prosecutor charged conservative activist James O'Keefe and influencer Cam Higby with felony unlawful voting and identity theft for posing as registered voters at Minnesota polling places during the August primary as part of ‌a hidden-camera stunt they later posted online reut.rs/3UVPdfI

WOW! The Rath texts are real. Smith colluded with the separatists. Confirmed by Dani in the legislature today. And while she tried to spin them as just answering questions, she also makes it clear the texts weren't meant for Lukaszuk. #abpoli #ableg #cdnpoli

End DEI, so dumb white folks can get a better shot at jobs they aren't qualified for.

Operatives aligned with Alaska Democratic Senate nominee Mary Peltola spent months recruiting candidates to peel votes from her Republican rival. The group worked to coax would-be spoilers into the race to dilute the incumbent's support. nyti.ms/3U1qsP1
