Finished in November, from bottom to top

I've now had two orders from @DeepVellum / @Dalkey_Archive sit around for a month on their end with no movement. I pre-ordered Solenoid but bought it at a local bookstore before the pre-order shipped. I won't be ordering directly from them again.

I am now back in the USA, to live this Thursday again.

Mt Fuji and the Sky Tree are on opposite sides of the bus. They should both be on the same side for where I'm going.
