Okay, I now have a team of Grok Bots chatting amongst themselves on the best way to make Ben successful in all his endeavours.
It’s a tough task. But they’ve got this.
🏁 New marketecture example just dropped:
The new Apple M6 sports 2 brand-new 'Super' cores! With a name like Super, they have to be an amazing new design, right?
Except that those 'Super' cores are just last year's performance cores, and this year's 'Performance' cores are a new, lower-power design.
So actually, fewer of Apple's highest performance cores than last year. 🙄
I expect to see more of these shenanigans as hardware vendors try to get us to buy new shiny endpoints with fewer features for more money.
The @Meta layoffs look more like bad management than AI or pandemic over-hiring. Compare to Microsoft and Salesforce who’ve kept their headcount despite big AI bets.
Time for the North to become independent I think. Rejoin the EU for some sweet development funds and actually get the infrastructure investment needed to reach the North’s potential.
And there it is. Embargo is finished. Yorkshire Post press publish first. But I have my suspicions there's quite a lot more to this story than what they're reporting. yorkshirepost.co.uk/news/pol…
If you want your Apple Music downloads to be in Hi-Res Lossless, you need to turn this off.
This is in addition to turning off Dolby Atmos.
Can’t believe how long it took to find this.
Wow! Look at that lead. Well done to all the leaders. And Parallels is basically a leader here too…

Why does the UK keep sabotaging itself like this? This is why the UK lost out on independent space travel in the first place. Short sighted and penny pinching.

Okay, ChatGPT 5 is pretty ridiculous sometimes. It misinterprets some pretty standard questions in a way 4o didn’t, and takes far more ‘correcting’ to come up with a correct answer.
Whatever AGI is, we’re far away,
Need a replacement for Wintel, just in case Intel hopes pop.
I’m thinking WinARM or AMDows.
My marketing skills are unmatched
My wish list for Apple IOS 26:
Autocorrect.
An autocorrect that doesn’t constantly change ‘Sam’ to ‘Adam’. (I don’t know anyone called Adam.)
Most of my time on ChatGPT is spent changing utterly irrelevant words that (mostly) come from the totally borked Apple autocorrect.
