This is fucking scandalous. Endless third world migration and now they want to restrict our people from going to one of the main destinations used to get away from this hell?
🚨🇦🇺 NEW: Andy Burnham and Anthony Albanese are set to discuss increasing restrictions on British backpackers using Working Holiday Visas in Australia
Proposals include removing an exemption that means Brits don’t have to do rural work to extend their visa as well as the introduction of a migration cap
Smells like dirty, rotten fish in the air thanks to @HS2ltd
Absolutely foul.
So it’s not just my area, it’s across the country.
Turns out Daventry have decided to do bonfire night this evening.
On Halloween.
I detest this idea that our holidays can be watered down to just little spectacles we participate in once a year, and they can be bundled together to save admin headaches.
No. These are institutional British holidays and they deserve all the time they need.
We spend far too much money and time observing foreign holidays in Britain. If it’s a budgeting issue, stop observing Indian and muslim holidays nationwide.
Enough.
I’m actually getting really sick of how automated everything is now. I’m sick of seeing everything generated by AI, I’m sick of how online systems make doing the most straight forward things a complete hassle.
They’re trying to cook up a “Farage is a misogynist” scandal, but the video literally shows absolutely nothing.
These people take real-life issues and trivialise them to score points. It’s genuinely disgusting.
Reform and Restore need to find a way to work together. I dgaf anymore about Lowe and Farage’s spat because now it’s just harming any chance we have at fixing this country.
Alternatively, you’re thicker than pig shit.

What is the left wing/liberal explanation for why so many influential people are so committed to propagating untruths about Britain’s historic ethnic makeup? Why do they care so much? It strikes me as deeply *weird* and bordering on the obsessive at times.
Nearly three years later, I had a chance to actually look in the book since it is now being sold in a museum in Devon!
Many lies in here. DNA shows "11% of people in Roman York were black" - there are literally NO confirmed black samples from Roman York! They just made that up!
Early European Farmers in Britain had "dark brown skin" - No.
The page depicting Tudor England is a joke!
This country is just fucked, isn’t it?
Any Americans feeling charitable and wanna marry me? :)
🚨 SUMMARY: The OBR forecasts following John Healey's Budget
- Welfare spending will rise to £431.3bn by 2030/31 - an increase of £97.5bn a year in cash terms
- This includes £209.8bn on pensioner benefits, £110.7bn on Universal Credit, £69.6bn on disability benefits, £13.9bn on Child Benefit and £27.2bn on other welfare
- Inflation will peak at 3.75% in early 2027, up from the earlier prediction of 2%
- UK GDP growth will slow from around 1.25% in 2026 to 1% in 2027, before climbing to 1.6% in 2031
- Average UK unemployment will rise to 5.1% across 2026 and 2027
- The Employment Rights Act will "likely" have a negative economic impact because of reduced flexibility and greater uncertainty for businesses
- The landlord tax increases (property income) could contribute to a long-term rise in private rents and discourage landlords from entering the market
- Real household disposable income per person will be around 0.75% lower in 2030-31 than it expected in March 2026
- Higher earnings and frozen tax thresholds will increase income tax and National Insurance receipts by £9bn in 2026-27 and around £8bn on average in subsequent forecast years compared with March
- Net migration is forecast to fall to 120,000 in the year to mid-2026, then gradually rise to 230,000 by the year to mid-2031
- Nominal weekly earnings growth will slow to around 3.5% in 2026, then average roughly 2.25% a year
- Andy Burnham's first-time buyer scheme could raise house prices by increasing demand without enough new homes being built
Does this muppet actually do anything for her constituents other than race bait?
Parliament is rife with amateurs and grifters.
I was the first Black woman MP to stand at the ministerial despatch box.
Seeing @TaiwoOwatemi, @abenaopp, @Miatsf and @FloEshalomi follow makes me immensely proud.
I now hope Parliament’s Black History Month debate must have a permanent place in the diary.
“But it’s hardly an epidemic”
Just, wow.
A hard look at Britain’s data suggests so. But it is hardly an epidemic economist.com/britain/2026/1…
You’ve got to be joking? 🤣
Ireland is now full of people who say a black girl doing an Irish jig is just as Irish as anyone.
I find it really amusing how upset she gets about the word curry. Foreigners have so many ignorant takes about British food and culture, but you’ll never see us take it to heart like these guys do or use it as an example of prejudice.
