The theme of 2022's World Mental Health Day, is 'Make mental health & wellbeing for all a global priority'.💚
It is also a chance to talk about mental health in general, how we need to look after it, & how important it is to talk about things & get help if you are struggling.
On this World Mental Health Day, please remember that so often we are our own worst critic - so take time today to support and be kind to yourself. Remind yourself of the awesome things you’ve done! Then do the same for those around you. @WMHDay #WorldMentalHealthDay
AND Only 22 Days Until #bubblingCAULDRON!
