A planned maintenance activity at an upstream provider this morning resulted in a power outage. Services have been partially restored now and we await a full post mortem from our upstream providers. Please expect intermittent connectivity as the investigation continues.
Our UK network continues to have connectivity issues due to a power outage at an upstream provider affecting the whole datacenter. We are actively working on a solution for this and tracking updates at status.betterwebspace.com/

The sad news of our retirement is true (leaked hours early). Fonts will still be served for 12 months. Migration help posted later today.
