The ACLU of Oregon has filed a complaint with DHS over the video that shows an ICE agent stabbing the tires of a couple car in Hillsboro, Oregon on October 7. According to the complaint, the couple was filming agents in a grocery store, parking lot and alerting shoppers to ICE‘S presence. The ACLU says agents followed them out of the lot and slashed their tires in a retaliation for Recording.

Tracy Gordon Black, 64, of Pelzer, was arrested on four counts of first-degree criminal s*xual conduct with a minor under 11 (sexual battery under South Carolina law), plus third-degree s*xual exploitation of a minor and possession of visual depictions of a minor engaged in s*xual activity. He’s being held without bond. The charges stem from alleged assaults on the same child under 11 and possession of child s*xual abuse material (including doctored images). The investigation remains active. Black is a self-proclaimed pastor who led an independent outdoor worship group (also called Mobile Outreach Ministry, Mercy Outreach Ministry, or Sabbath In the Park/Sabbath In The Dark) that met at Mineral Springs Park in Williamston. Earlier this year he publicly defended the group after it was revealed a registered s*x offender was participating in the services; the park was temporarily closed amid protests. He told officials they were simply “trying to offer the love Jesus Christ offered.” A Facebook account confirmed to belong to Black (Bigdeck Black) has previously shared a thoroughly debunked 2017 fake-news story claiming WikiLeaks proved Obama ran a p*dophile ring out of the White House. Black also promoted The Turner Diaries (the neo-Nazi novel by National Alliance founder William Pierce) as a banned book that “predicted the future,” posted QAnon material (WWG1WGA), and shared conspiracy claims about missing-children milk cartons being a “satanic cabal” advertising kids to p*dophiles—along with the usual MAGA historical revisionism insinuating Lincoln is worse than with Hitler. A man who spent years amplifying baseless p*dophile conspiracies about political opponents is now facing serious charges involving a child under 11. The hypocrisy writes itself. It’s the same story, over and over again.

This Wyoming LLC, formed in September, flooded as many as 3 million Texas mailboxes and phones with texts and brochures just as early voting began for the midterms. Posing as a trans advocacy outfit, the materials—addressed to the children of registered voters—coached minors on seeking gender-affirming care even against parents’ wishes, pursuing emancipation, going out-of-state for hormones or surgery, and finding a “found family.” They copied branding from the real Transgender Education Network of Texas (TENT) and used a near-identical address. Legal filings named the Republican Women’s Caucus and “John Braun”—the name of a Washington state senator whose campaign treasurer, Paul Kilgore, also handles finances for the RWC Fund and PACs supporting Ken Paxton’s Senate bid against Democrat James Talarico. TTSU’s lawyer is former Paxton assistant AG Chris Hilton. TENT sued, claiming harassment, threats, and operational harm. Judge Jan Soifer ordered disclosure, rejecting free-speech secrecy claims. So, a Republican-linked group, with financial ties to Paxton-supporting PACs, mass-produced and distributed materials that impersonated a transgender student resource guide. In other words, the people who routinely accuse the transgender community of “indoctrinating” or targeting children, themselves produced and mailed the very content designed to look like that targeting—so parents would see it and react. Every Republican accusation is a confession.

WHERE WE STAND NOW IN TEXAS: C’mon Texas don’t fuck this up! Canvas, call people, never leave anywhere without telling people to vote, we can’t have the destruction, embarrassment and humiliation of Paxton representing us in the Senate and another four years of Abbott abusing his office!
