Want to build a mass movement to fight for organizing autoworkers, a free Palestine, and a better world for the working class in Alabama's capital? Then join us in Montgomery for a River Region DSA interest meeting! RSVP at bhamdsa.org/calendar
We seek to build a mass movement and transfer power from the ruling elite to the working class, and gain freedom and democratic control over all aspects of our society.
Today, our nation celebrates the life and legacy of Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr., one of the most influential democratic socialists in American history.

Dr. King, a leader of the American Civil Rights Movement, organized tirelessly and fought against the evils of capitalism, particularly after the passage of the Voting Rights Act of 1965 and before his 1968 murder while supporting striking sanitation workers in Memphis.
As members of Birmingham DSA, we're continuing Dr. King's legacy by building a multiracial, multiethnic mass movement of working-class Alabamians to fight for a world that works for us, not the capitalist class. Join us today: dsausa.org/join
