I don't know what the next BiCon will want to do about continuing to have a presence on here, but now I don't need to, this will be the last post for a while. See you on bs? It's the bicon account there, thanks to being relatively early :)

The earliest BiCon t-shirt I have, from BiCon 1990 - then known as the '8th National Bisexual Conference' - in Edinburgh. Anyone got an earlier one? BiCon 2024 - the 42nd one! - in London 30th Nov/1st Dec: 2024.bicon.org.uk

When do you think was the most recent previous BiCon you could attend paying £15 for all of a non-residential ticket?

Replying to @BiConUK
Headline figures are a weekend BiCon from £15 (less if you have more need) to £60. As a comparison, I note that the one day 'conference' run by a certain well-funded hate group in London next month costs £75.. with no sliding scale.

I'd say BiCon's prices are worth it just to not be in the same building as those bigots.
Scooby-Doo character pulls of the mask of someone labelled as 'transphobic' to reveal they're biphobic as well.

I may not go now, but BiCon has always been one of the most inclusive and safest spaces I've been in.

"We had the discussion in 1993 and to our knowledge, there have been zero problems as a result over the past 31 years. "It is not up for debate. If you disagree with it, we suggest you do not attend any BiCon."
