🏏 In early 2024, Wiltshire Cricket ran two workshops encouraging clubs to think about inclusion and diversity. We asked all clubs to leave having made their own pledges
🙂 Here is some fantastic feedback from @BiddestoneCC about the growth of their club since these workshops 👇

Top work from a developing @BiddestoneCC U10 - beginning to reveal a smooth action and very much just starting out on his journey. Young and loving it!

Working on greater depth of head and weight transfer through and beyond point of contact with a @BiddestoneCC @wiltsccc_scores U14. Had become a little stunted especially on full and straight balls leading to squaring up to balls needing put away. Good shapes - great work!

Loving working with some very exciting young players. A @BiddestoneCC @wiltsccc_scores U12 athlete with raw pace and who loves ‘the need for speed’. Some super nuances to her action but really starting to harness her energy to bowl targeted rockets. Excellent work young lady!

A @BiddestoneCC @wiltsccc_scores U14 on the edge of his comfort zone against @BOLABallMachine Bola Junior at close range and significant clicks. Shapes becoming a little rushed but pretty decent outcomes under such testing after drilling the basics. Well done mate!
Great #getsetweekend🏏 up at the club.
Thank you to all those that helped this weekend, brilliant to see so many. Bring on the season
