What do you see? The famous " young lady or old lady " picture reminds us" people can see the same image differently. The Green Party leader's dark warnings deserve scrutiny: where is the evidence, and what are the workable solutions - grounded in reality? Less ideology. Less fear. More common sense , accountability and results. Announcements are not accomplishments. One BC. One future. Better opportunities for all. Burnaby must adapt, align with the new realities, and lead the way forward - together.

What if BC became the new Norway of Canada?
Unlock our mineral wealth and rare earth minerals " The Donald " wants so bad, he's start a war. Expand energy production - the backbone of every economy in the world and raise all boats, esp. in Africa. Build pipelines and ports to export globally, including Potash from Saskatchewan. Create good paying jobs, attract investment and build prosperity to cover the costs of social programs so desperately needed. We need to stop exporting potential and start building wealth here at home, responsibly, based on evidence and reality, not ideology. This could be the golden age for BC. Let's unleash BC's potential for a better future for all British Columbian s and Canadians. BC could learn from Norway - turned offshore oil and gas into national wealth by capturing resource revenues and investing them for future generations. BC: Canada's Norway on the Pacific.

Ursula #vonderLeyen wants to lure Canada into an associate EU membership.
Will Mark Carney do right and tell von der Leyen to bugger off? If he won't, then the Canadian people will have to fix it, and maybe a new freedom convoy would then be in order.

The very first thing @LDoerkson should do is fire this tyrant and launch an inquiry into her and the @bcndp actions during the Covid tyranny era.

I drive around my town in British Columbia and stare at the bodies lying on the side of the road. It's a strange feeling to witness people dying from government sponsored drugs.

Some Indigenous researchers, community members, and advocates in British Columbia frame the toxic drug crisis as a form of "genocide" or structural violence

Gordon Campbell, former BC Liberal premier, on CBC with David Common this morning after the Conservative majority under Lorne Doerkson: “I think it’s strengthened. I think British Columbia wants to have an energy future… Whether it’s mining or energy, energy, whether it’s forestry. We have to open those opportunities up.”
On Doerkson (still interim leader): “He’s going to be the leader of the Conservative Party for, I think, for as long as he wants. He’s done something that’s incredible. He’s brought together people from all over this province… We don’t have any time to lose in British Columbia. We’ve already lost nine years”
On the ~$14B deficit and first Conservative government in nearly a century: start by growing the economy, the announced $1,000 personal income tax reduction (“people can make better decisions for themselves than the government can in many cases”), rein in capital project overruns, restore open tendering and investment certainty, protect private property
A former Liberal premier, on CBC, sounding optimistic that natural resources can again be the foundation and that Doerkson’s win solidifies both his leadership and the energy file deals. No fetal position. No culture-war framing. Just the dry assessment that a weak economy helps no one and nine lost years are enough
Must be rough for the people who spent the campaign calling this bunch unready @davidcommon
