It’s important to read these things so you understand how lucky you are, and how fragile everything is, and not to waste time on trivialities or things they have nothing to do with you.

Why is America first guy keeping his Poland citizenship and proud to speak in Poland. Imagine if Vivek spoke in Tamil Nadu, India. "Rules for thee, not for me"

Jack Posobiec accuses Indian-Americans of having dual loyalty. But here he is proudly proclaiming himself a “son of Poland” while speaking at political conferences in Warsaw 🇵🇱 By his own admission, Jack is a son of Poland, not a son of America. @JackPosobiec should self-deport to Poland, his beloved fatherland.

Mekke’de cinsel ilişkiye girdikleri iddiasıyla idam edilen Bangladeşli çiftin Kâbe’yi ziyaret ettikleri görüntüler sosyal medyada gündem oldu.

İdam edilen iki Bangladeşli evli çift değildi, ortak çocukları yoktu; cenazeleri gönderilmedi, paylaşılan cenaze videosu ve ağlayan kız iddiası ilintisiz/uydurmadır. Honored to join @SecRubio at @RIL_Updates Jamnagar facilities. Over the past year, India’s imports of U.S. LPG have surged from under 10% to 67%, making the United States India’s largest LPG supplier. Reliance’s planned investment in the first new U.S. oil refinery in 50 years is another major opportunity to expand American energy production and create jobs.

What's it like to be an Indian-American in the GOP today? Avik Roy got involved in Republican politics over his belief in small government and opposition to affirmative action. He shares his thoughts as those principles get cast aside so conservatives can embrace white nationalism. This ends up being a fascinating conversation. We're in the midst of an amazing transformation. Not since Democrats in the Jim Crow South has one party made it this impossible for members of a particular minority to be members. richardhanania.com/p/waking-…

Vivek was right. Too much screen time, not enough study time. Maybe it all works out because AI will fully automate anything they could possibly do anyway. But maybe not.

Conservatism and even nativism doesn’t really require bigotry, though, @RichardHanania – I think this precisely is what you grew out of? The issue is a smuggling in — largely by Ellis Islanders, I notice (Posobiec, Schmidt, etc) — of racial animus where a straightforward pursuit of material self-interest would do just fine.

Responding to @mehdirhasan here. Sorry it took me a day - I was traveling yesterday. Here are my responses: On the AES/CAP Plan, this exchange had three levels of disingenousness. First, in the exchange, I am talking about how CAP's plan and AES both support letting people keep their private health insurance. Then you say you called him and he disagrees with our plan. I definitely thought the disagreement included private health insurance because that's what I was discussing. But then a few days later in a debate, AES says he supports people being able to keep your private insurance. So I think that's pretty misleading. Second, almost as an aside in this exchange you say autoenrollment. You don't say what kind of autoenrollment, just the word. Now of course in the moment on live tv, people could think by just mentioning autoenrollment that we don't have it in our plan and he does have in his plan - so that's misleading. And third, now you're saying the disagreement is in the kind of autoenrollment - whether it enrolls everyone or just the uninsured. (Let's leave aside for a minute that enrolling everyone, even those with private health insurance wouldn't really mean they can keep their private insurance in the real world because it would kill all private insurance.) Actually AES has described his plan as not autoenrolling everyone. This is what he said to Ezra Klein: "Then you start extending it to more people. I think kids are obvious. Children, thank God, are uncommonly healthy. And if they’re not healthy, they’re very sick, and so extending it to children is obvious. Extending it downward from age 65 eligibility to 60 and then down into the 50s, 40s — that’s what needs to happen. All of that articulates better Medicare for more people. What I’m articulating is great Medicare for everyone." Obviously this is not a sytem that is autoenrolling everyone in Medicare. Now you say that my conflict is with AES since he apparently said this autoenrollment thing to you (which would be great to check) here but in my experience, good reporters would check the statements of what they are told and confirm for themselves. This interview was available well before our taping and you seemed to do a lot of homework so I'd be genuinely surprised if you missed it. I would also note that during the discussion, you said the Democratic party is only more popular than any institution other than ICE. This seemed quite misleading since several polls have had the Democratic Party more popular than the Republican party. Here's a recent poll, but obviously party approval didn't move 20 points in a week. news.gallup.com/poll/715523/… On Ilhan Omar here are my tweets.
Hi Neera, I never responded because I prefer not to do post-show online-only debates with guests, and let the full @AJHeadtoHead video episodes speak for themselves. Also, your argument is with AES, who I quoted on the show as disagreeing with you, not with me (I didn't write your plan or his plan). But since you're intent on fighting with every leftist on the internet and are now calling me out, and (wrongly) accusing me of a "major error" and being "misleading," let me respond. The CAP plan you and your CAP colleague have repeatedly linked to and screenshotted makes it very clear that everyone would be "eligible" for Medicare, yes, but not auto-enrolled. You had previously said your plan was the "same" as AES's and then moved the goalposts on my show, saying "similar," but either way, AES disagrees with you because his plan, he says, auto-enrolls everyone in Medicare. Your plan auto-enrolls kids, the elderly, and the uninsured. So the "major error," in claiming they're the "same," is yours, not mine. @NathanJRobinson already pointed this out to you in your replies but you just keep going with this false claim that your plans are the "same" and the false claim that "the CAP plan has autoenrollment" for everyone. It does not. But since I now have your attention, and since you got me to respond, it's time for you to respond to my questions please, which you "never" have: 1) Why did you say on Head to Head to me that you had criticized Mike Rogers's extremist pastor ally Lorenzo Sewell, when I can find no such tweet? Where did you do that? Can you provide a link please? Or were you being "misleading"? 2) Why did you say to others on here that you had called out the raid of Ilhan Omar's home when no one can find any such tweet from you from that day? xitter.cf/neeratanden/status/211… Can you provide a link please? Or were you being "misleading"? 3) Finally, why did you say to the House Oversight Committee last year, when you were asked: "At any point during the administration did you have any concerns about President Biden's cognitive abilities?," I did not," but then say to me on Head to Head that, at the time: "I had deep concerns about him staying in office." Isn't that "misleading"? Weren't you *under oath* when you said the opposite to Congress? I'll be right here waiting for your responses @neeratanden.

Are we all on the same platform? Every day, prominent right-wing accounts target random Indian users. Pakistani accounts openly dox Indians on visas so others can flood their DMs with slurs. Indians are called subhuman, invaders, bioweapons, and scammers, and told they can never be American because they’re brown; that they don’t belong here and never will. This happens even to prominent Indian-American Republicans in power and running for office. Yet the expectation is that Indian-Americans should look the other way, stay quiet, take it on the chin, and keep voting for the party doing this so it can stay in power and continue the abuse. If you oppose any of this and you're traitors who don’t belong here.
I say this with genuine sympathy for the excesses Indian Americans face today: Indian Americans have to find a way to respond that is still affirmative to right-wing America, or they prove their critics right

Friendly remind that Trevor Milton was found guilty of securities and wire fraud, sentenced to 4 years in prison and ordered to pay a $1,000,000 fine plus $168,000,000 in restitution. He then donated $3,200,000 to Trumps Campaign. Donald Trump then pardoned him. As a result, Trevor no longer has to pay his civil fines or restitution. He also comes out with a clean record meaning no job restrictions so he can go back to working in security-related positions.
