🚨New Preprint!🚨 Type IV Pili (TFP) are the most common bacterial surface structures, making them promising for display across diverse species. Here we rationally design TFP-mediated display, applying it to the cyanobacterium Synechocystis PCC 6803! 🧵 doi.org/rbc8

Thrilled to share that today we report our human protein interactome in @ScienceMagazine! Predicting which pairs of proteins in the human proteome is a great challenge due to the shallow eukaryotic evolutionary signals but hugely important to understand. science.org/doi/10.1126/scie…

Check out our new preprint out on BioRxiv now! We used zebrafish to identify what MYCN overexpression does during early sympathoadrenal development! We found a transient expansion of neural crest markers, as well as reduced BMP signaling. @uribelabrice biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/…

Glad to share my paper now on Biosensors and Bioelectronics! We characterized the probiotic L. plantarum as a biosensor that can selectively sense quinone analogs and make electrical currents. Highlighting two interesting discoveries in this paper: (1/4) authors.elsevier.com/c/1hzDe…
