Replying to @HouseofCommons
MPs voted against the Opposition Motion by 319 to 181 votes. The motion concerned stalling life expectancy rates and growing health inequality since 2010 outlined in the Marmot review, and asked the Government to publish a health inequalities strategy and implement the review.

When you're *so close* to getting it
Attending the penultimate session of the #EuropeanParliament’s #FisheriesCommittee #PECHcommittee) with #BritishMEPs. The big question now is, who will be here to hold these people to account while they still control Britain’s waters, but the UK has no representation?

No customs union. No single market. Now, no alignment at all, seemingly of any kind. What exactly is it that you wish for Remainers to respond to?

Yep. The key thing about the Labour referendum pledge isn't just that it offers one. It's that it offers one in conditions where it is highly likely to result in Remain.
Brexit deal in Labour manifesto looks like Norway +++, with economic disruption kept to absolute minimum. Which means in the 2nd referendum the big debate would be whether there's much point in being outside the EU but inside its rule book, without a say on those rules

No deal it is then
Latest Brexit guarantee from Downing Street: Categorically rules out extending transition beyond 2020. Means the EU and the UK will have less than a year to hammer out and finalise a free trade agreement. PM's spox: ‘The government will not be extending the transition period.’
