The dictatorship of Cuba has direct access to the remittances that are sent. What Cubans need is censorship-resistance #Bitcoin that can't be confiscated by the murderous communist regime.
Only then Cubans will be able to freely transact without perpetuating the dictatorship.
The US has no business preventing Cuban-Americans from sending life-saving remittances to their families.
