Sex work is among the oldest documented forms of economic activity.
Sex workers are among most likely to face barriers to banking.
ZCG didn't promote sex work. They promoted Zcash to people who need it.

the no age gap friendships thing is crazy. everyone needs a friend who's ~65 years old (to remind you to take your head out of your ass) and a friend who's 25 years old (to remind you not to lose your joie de vivre)

The estate agent guy who loaded all my eastern antiques into his truck then tried to pay me less than we had agreed on during my faux estate sale who's team stole my tool box then pepper sprayed themselves in the face with the pepper spray they stole from me then had the audacity to text me asking what they had sprayed in their faces has officially gone out of business. Good he deserves to lose everything. It took 7 years but what he put out into the world has finally returned to him. Maybe the bank will foreclose on his house now that he's lost his business I would not shed a single tear. Can't believe its been 7 years since the faux estate sale. Always pretend to be dead before you liquidate your household cause for some reason people will generally pay more for stuff from an estate sale than a regular household liquidation

There is truly no accounting for taste
After nearly a century in private hands, this Alberto Giacometti plaster sculpture made its auction debut at #SothebysParis. It sparked a lively bidding battle and went on to achieve €8.6 million in the Modernités auction, presented in partnership with @celineofficial.
In ‘Tête crâne,’ Giacometti reinvents the image of the skull, replacing the natural curves of the face with a succession of planes and angles. This version from 1934 was acquired directly from the artist in 1935 and has remained in the same family ever since. Today’s sale in Paris marked the first time any cast of ‘Tête crâne’ appeared at auction.

This is why SWs insist you shower first
6 years? Civs are wild
Matchmaker on my team spoke with a newly single woman who said she broke up with her ex of 6 years over a "hygiene problem."
Apparently the matchmaker was so locked in pitching our client that she failed to ask the woman to elaborate, and I'm losing my f*ing mind...
What kind of hygiene problem suddenly starts after 6 years together? Did he stop showering or wiping his butt? Why couldn't he fix the problem? I will get to the bottom of this and report back 😭
A new record was just set at #SothebysParis: Monet's exceptional 'Iris' painting is now the most valuable artwork ever sold at auction in France.
After a thrilling, 45-minute bidding battle, this landscape from Monet's Giverny period achieved €50 million. It was the star lot of Le Temps Retrouvé: The Schlumberger Collection, a group of 20 modern and impressionist masterpieces.
The Paris Sales continue tomorrow with Surrealism and Its Legacy and Modernités. Learn more at Sothebys.com.

At @TOKEN2049, Mert Mumtaz said "ZNS, good idea."
For the record, it's a great idea.
With most crypto naming services, sharing your name can also reveal your transactions.
But ZNS works like an email address: sharing it doesn't reveal your messages.
Better, ZNS is like an email address where you can send encrypted messages and money.
And like an email address, you'll be able to use ZNS to log into apps and websites without remembering a password.
But, ZNS has a major advantage over email: there's no company managing your inbox, no one can read your messages, block your transactions, or shut down your account.
Revolutionary, really.

If he can't buy you a house, he can't live with you
Period
Men want trad? This is trad
NEVER buy a house with your boyfriend
I know a girl who bought a $400,000 house with her boyfriend of 5 years
9 months later, she caught him cheating with her friend
He packed his stuff, moved out, and stopped paying his half of their $2,800 mortgage
Now she's covering the entire payment herself on a salary that couldn't even qualify for the house in the first place
She wants to sell it, but there's one problem
His name is still on the deed, and he won't cooperate
Now, her credit has tanked because she fell behind on payments
And she's running out of options
If she keeps missing payments, the bank can foreclose and she could lose the money she put into the house
If she wants to keep it, she'd need to qualify for a mortgage on her own and work out his ownership interest
And if she wants to sell, she may have to hire a lawyer to force a sale through the courts
Here's what she should have done before buying it:
If you're purchasing a house with someone you're not married to, have a real estate attorney draw up a co-ownership agreement BEFORE closing
It should explain what happens if either person wants out
If you break up, one person gets a set amount of time to buy the other out
If they can't qualify for the mortgage or afford the buyout, the house goes up for sale
You agree beforehand on how the property will be valued, how the proceeds get divided, and who's responsible for the mortgage while it's being sold
And make sure there's a process for handling it if one person refuses to cooperate
That agreement won't remove either person's responsibility to the bank, but it can give you a way to resolve the ownership dispute without figuring everything out in the middle of a breakup
Because you might trust your boyfriend with your life right now
But I would NEVER trust a relationship to last longer than a 30-year mortgage without having an exit plan.
