Nikolay Chebotov is a scammer from Russia that claims originated from Turkey. What's the point? Simple, to scam you and protect his identity if victim's trying to counter.
What crimes did he do?
Nikolay Chebotov aka @unchase12 aka Nick Nomissian oftenly claims to be an investor for project he targetting. He then blackmail project or person behind a project for sum amount of money normal $4,000. If not he will create a Medium Article to assasinate character and reputations.

The buyback was conducted both on-market and off-market (via launchpad). Please refer to @Spores_Network, @kommunitasnet, and Infinite Launch as the official IDO platforms for $HTE, and @Hinox_io for the private sale (No-Refund).
Refunds for all launchpads were originally scheduled on May 10, 2023 (48 hours after TGE). We have been informed by all launchpad partners that their ‘REFUND POLICY’ period has been conducted during that time.
