A5: I used to think that formal written feedback needed to be given independent from the learner and now I think that feedback can be given alongside students as they work #Cohort21
A3: I’m hesitant that the changes I’m making within my pedagogy won’t shift student’s mindsets towards skills and away from marks. Further, it would be a failure if students weren’t able to articulate their individual strengths and next steps #cohort21
