Scott Satterfield has a really cool story about his mentor Jerry Moore. Moore, who is 87, is a former Texas Tech HC and longtime Appalachian State HC. He drove from Boone, NC to watch the Bearcats take down Texas Tech, who fired him in 1985.

Nah, you guys exposed our flaws better than anybody else this year and when you combine that with some, uh, interesting play calling? Instant classic and you get the win. Any Dukes fan with two brain cells to rub together was nervous as hell about this game no matter how much shit they were talking. I am genuinely going to miss playing you arrogant mountain hillbillies when we leave. It's never boring, that's for damn sure!
