Buddy, a lot of OG traders and others including myself have helped people out for years if not a decade more without seeking personal gain.
One last thing I’ll say about the gambling topic: I’ve been contributing to this community for years, helping so many people without seeking any personal gain.
Many of you criticizing me now have forgotten a lot of things. Your own "sharking" episodes, your low points, and so on. The reality is that I’ve always been here for this community. Now that everything is clearly driven by sponsorships, I’ve taken an opportunity that benefits me financially. Is it hypocritical? Yes. Is it something I’m proud of? No.
But for people who considered themselves my "friends" to publicly "expose" me, when I was the first one to expose myself, just makes me realize that this is clearly a business for everyone.
When you help out?

When you do something wrong I don't expect support. But damn, just shoot me a DM and tell me to my face, don't do it publicly. You don't even know why I took it.

Just got scammed by a "trusted" Pokémon card trader!
-So I got approached by a guy who presented himself as a trusted Norwegian Pokémon card trader wanting to sell some CS skins for Crypto.
-It was some cases, a knife and some SOUVENIRS.
-He was asking me to go first saying how he is trusted and showing me his rep page for cards.
-After a while of checking it out I couldn't take a random Pokémon rep site for his word for CS item trade.
-After we agree on a price and he sends the skins to me first as a compromised he asks me to buy a crypto coin for him in advance with the price we agreed to and send that in a week no matter if that crypto rises or falls in a week.
-3 days past and Souvenir trade up comes out. He says how unlucky he is, I was super tired and went to sleep.
-When I wake up see he reversed all the trades and removed me as a friend deleted all the messages on Discord and blocked me everywhere.
-Now I got stuck with his Crypto that I bought and paid fees and it also went down in price since I bought it.

Genuinely considering quitting CS trading for a while. Been collecting souvenirs for the past 10 years and this new update really just ruins the enjoyment and rarity of souvenirs for me.
Even though old majors technically remain untouched sticker wise for souvs, this new update really does ruin some aspects of collecting them for me :/

My dog injured his leg and is now limping badly. We took X-rays and the vet says he needs surgery — no other treatment options. W update by CsFloat, I had a similar idea back in the fall to create a database similar to ones for scammers to crack down on people abusing that feature. Glad CsFloat is taking action in a way to move this community forward positively.
