其实很多所谓管理的动作,
满足的都是管理者自己的控制欲,
而非是真的在提高企业的效率和业务能实现的效果。
清楚了这一点,
你也就知道管理的时候为什么一定要克制。

neurodivergent people feel extremely behind other people their age?

One of the worst feelings as a neurodivergent person is be excited about something and have someone make me feel stupid for it. so now l don't tell people things. I get a new job.
I finish a book. I hit a goal. and | tell nobody. Once you've had your excitement embarrassed out of you, you stop offering it up.

Much like the Confucius institutes China's fake police stations never really closed. Around the world they just rebranded and covertly reopened.
These fake police stations are involved with very real crime. One station in Canada has been linked to drug dealing in Japan and multiple murders as well.
The CCP is using these stations to assist with drug dealing and foreign interference operations, including transnational repression.

Key post from @scoopercooper (Aug 24, 2026):
“I’d be worried if I was a Canadian bank or developer etc with exposure to Iranian currency exchanges and Chinese underground banking, that is major exposure risk given Bessent’s announcement. Speaking of economic warfare. People don’t know the half of the tools available to DC.” @scoopercooper
This was posted the same day Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent launched Operation Economic Outcast, an aggressive campaign to sever Iran’s financial lifelines (including digital assets, secondary sanctions on facilitators, and targeting networks enabling IRGC funding). home.treasury.gov

The designations put on the American record a convergence The Bureau has reported for two years, between Iranian-linked financial networks in Canada and Wedding’s organization.
“Wedding has used money exchange businesses in the Vancouver and Toronto areas to launder billions of dollars in drug proceeds,” Treasury said. “He has used couriers to transport bulk cash to those firms, which convert the funds to digital assets to send abroad.”

All Canadians should be concerned by the @USTreasury’s announcement that its Office of Foreign Assets Control has had to sanction eight Canadian businesses for enabling Iran’s Islamic regime.
CIJA has long called on the Canadian government to ensure that Canada is not used as a safe haven for the IRGC, its operatives or other elements of the regime.
This is about far more than illicit financial activity. It is about individuals and networks operating in Canada to support a despotic regime that murders tens of thousands of its own people, exports terrorism around the world, launches missiles and drones at its neighbours, and arms Russia with weapons used in its horrific war against Ukrainians.
As the Canadian government advances its new National Security Strategy, with an emphasis on strategic autonomy, it must take decisive action against Iran, its proxies and their networks operating in Canada.
Canada cannot be a safe haven for those who facilitate sanctions evasion, finance the Iranian regime or enable its global terror operations.

People with autism & ADHD age late. We do things late. Our frontal lobe doesn't develop until our mid 30s in many cases (as opposed to the neurotypical norm of age 25). We also have baby faces & childlike mannerisms for life while somehow possessing the wisdom of an ancient sage. So if you don't feel like your age, remember you have eternal youth compared to neurotypicals
