after all that scanning and pics - sim not active - was told it is head office / management to do the needful ! now been tweeting and DMs for 2 weeks - still failing to have momo app work with the line !!! #WTF ?
So the @mtnug team telling me the sim worked last month ... so it should be ok ?!?! really is that the sense you use !? sim card got deactivated ! i went to service center 4-5 times to do the needful - told issue with HQ ! not service center ...
and i really thought @mtnug were the most serious telecom in Uganda !! completely useless !!! @mtnmomoug @MTNUgPRO @MTNBusinessUG @mtnugcare gone to service center 5 times to register the line - take photos with fake sim card ! scan passport - finger ...
