A 21-page proposal with 52 cited sources, filed to the public docket for FDAโ€™s ๐—ฅ๐—ฎ๐—ฟ๐—ฒ ๐——๐—ถ๐˜€๐—ฒ๐—ฎ๐˜€๐—ฒ ๐—™๐—ฟ๐—ฎ๐—บ๐—ฒ๐˜„๐—ผ๐—ฟ๐—ธ and sent to the Rare Disease Innovation Hub with a one-page summary. Both are in the images. My advocacy is specific: ๐——๐—–๐—ฉ๐—ฎ๐˜…-๐—Ÿ ๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ฑ ๐——๐—–๐—ฉ๐—ฎ๐˜…-๐——๐—ถ๐—ฟ๐—ฒ๐—ฐ๐˜, beginning with rare cancers. I submitted this in my personal capacity as a physician and patient advocate. I am not affiliated with Northwest Biotherapeutics and do not speak for the company. The ask: one published development example connecting three plans, the evidence, the tissue and manufacturing, and the patientโ€™s route to care, so that a patient can begin treatment ๐—ฎ๐—ป๐—ฑ ๐—ฐ๐—ผ๐—ป๐˜๐—ถ๐—ป๐˜‚๐—ฒ ๐—ถ๐˜. I asked FDA to name a coordinating office, publish a workplan within 90 days of the comment period closing, and include patients before key decisions are fixed. One distinction runs through the whole proposal: more analyses of the same patients are not independent evidence. FDA is inviting patients and advocates to shape this framework now, while it is still being designed. Behind every question about evidence, tissue or access is a family trying to keep someone alive. ๐Ÿ“„ Docket: FDA-2026-N-12214 โœ… Comment tracking: mvt-lzyl-zjmn ๐Ÿ”— drive.google.com/file/d/1qvBโ€ฆ

Onsi Saleh @ATLHawks Letโ€™s go get Aday Mara with the 8th pick in the 2026 NBA Draft. Combine him with our core players & weโ€™ll have more rim protection, more offensive & defensive rebounds & more blocked shots:

Who will call @AtlantaFalcons first & make a move for Kirk Cousins. I believe the Atlanta Falcons will get some salary relief & draft pick(s). Which team do you think it will be:

@landryfields I hope the Hawks will consider drafting Zach Edey from Purdue. He will give us the presence in the middle to help contend with & guard players like Embid, Giannis, Allen, etc. He is also a very good rebounder & shot blocker & he scores a lot of points in the paint.

@landryfields I believe the Hawks can draft both Kyle Filipowski & Zach Edey in the 1st round with our 2 picks in the 1st round. This would really help our defense, rebounding & points in the paint.

This MLB Power Ranking by @JoelReuterBR 6 days ago, from Bleacher Report did not age well. He ranked the Dodgers #1 ahead of the @Braves. I would also add that he is also predicting the wrong NL MVP winner too: syndication.bleacherreport.cโ€ฆ #AtlantaBraves #ChopOn:

Success against a plague like GBM is not presto! It is a long slog of discovery and many ideas over decades that fail to move the needle on survival. Oncologists will not ignore a scientifically sound non toxic therapy that addresses multiple tumor antigens and improves survival
