$FNGR fraud everywhere largest banks caught money laundering just like stock market all fraud.
🚨 IT'S OFFICIAL: Scott Bessent's Treasury Department "is imposing a $1.2 BILLION fine on Bank of America for allegedly violating anti-money laundering laws and sanctions" NO BIG BANK is above the law! CERTAINLY not with Scott Bessent closely watching them šŸ”„ Bank of America ADMITTED it willfully broke federal anti-money laundering law. Treasury says the bank failed to report more than $5 BILLION in suspicious transactions on time More than $1 billion of that was tied to Chinese money-laundering networks and illicit finance along the southwest border

$FNGR @jolie_kahn not asking for a Trump style long winded interview. 5 min conference call to explain the business strategy and give insight to your thoughts on the massive amount of shares trading and the explanation in your view. Retail shareholders want to informed on the actions of the company they invested in. Thank you

$FNGR got really suspicious of him last year as I bought into $NRGV at $1.61 couple thousand shares and then he stated sell all of it ā€œit was goneā€ and put in $FNGR. Nothing I saw in $NRGV pointed to selling it and I have built a bigger stake selling half my $FNGR at .59 and I believe $NRGV is a REAL company with a REAL future.

$FNGR what to do if the ā€œpumperā€ has left the building? Actually I think it’s a good thing as I never believed his $3500 BS. At .17 cents it’s tough could bail but not much left so we continue to keep pressure on the company and legal implications for the new CEO in her attempt to destroy the company.

$FNGR I voted ā€œNOā€ to all. It is critical we make it clear and loud we will not let criminal management and shorts get away with destroying this company.

Best summary I have heard in quite some into heavily naked stock shorting. Maybe in spite of current management we can hope $FNGR might be one that can squeeze. We know the pressure is there with 1.2 B shares washed in a single day
Less than two years into my meme stock deep-dive, I learned that the situation was/is much worse than I imagined Not only the BREADTH of the problem, but the DEPTH When I became convinced of the breadth of the problem I assumed that, from that day forward, the ppl in charge would never allow an unruly unwinding of oversized (naked) short positions in small cap stocks (because it would risk the collapse of global financial markets) What I did believe though, was that a pre-orchestrated, controlled demolition would take place whereby bad actors would be forced to cover just enough of their naked short position to cause their demise— at which point the regs would halt the stock, take control of the situation and slowly unwind the rest behind closed doors This was my 360 win scenario where retail investors win, regs/gov look good, and Bad Actors just lose their money as opposed to losing their money PLUS going to jail BUT… once I learned (I think) the DEPTH of the problem, it was like a gut punch That was the moment I realized that the counterfeit naked short selling problem runs deep—like roots into the soil that we can’t see and that were NEVER meant to be unearthed And because the roots were intended to remain hidden under the soil, all of our efforts to motivate regs or politicians or powerful law firms to help us in this fight have been a total bust over the past five years In fact, if you think you’re working with a law firm, reg, or politician that is fighting for the little guy, you better look closely. In many cases, controlled opposition is real The Dirty Secret There’s a good chance the counterfeit naked short selling cabal includes not only Bad Actors on WS as well as domestic organized financial market crime syndicates, but also rouge operators of nation states and intelligence working together or alone … so where does this most likely leave retail investors that were trapped in MMTLP, or remain LONG in other tickers like AMC that have been shorted into the cellar over the past five years ? (many with the help of dirty CEO’s) The reason I never bought into the MOASS theory was because I’ve lived through past periods of crisis and studied the ones I didn’t live through If you want to know the default actions that a government / regulator might take in order to handle future debacles, just look at what they did in the past Sure, it might be different this time, but that’s ALWAYS been a bad bet in the past BUT… …that doesn’t mean there’s no hope for retail investors to score a big (reasonably large) win In my opinion, we have one last shot Treasurer Secretary Bessent is currently dismantling some of the pluming that illicit activities flow through —and he’s doing some of it publicly Are you paying attention to his announcement about targeting the British banks on islands? Is he working with the DOJ to simultaneously take out the trash with respect to counterfeit naked short selling, AKA, financial market terrorism ? We know the wash trades involve off shore accts in many cases, so even if Bessent didn’t go looking for these ppl, odds are VERY high that he discovered them after flipping over a rock and seeing something squirming around in the puddle of pond scum A man can dream

$FNGR @jolie_kahn hey Jolie why are not posting about your $FNGR CEO position like your prior AVAX position. Trying to hide from the light??
The political tides are shifting — and the message is clear: Bitcoin is no longer a political outsider. At #Bitcoin2025, Vice President JD Vance stood before the global crypto community and declared full support from the White House. This isn’t just rhetoric — it’s a signal to investors, innovators, and regulators that digital assets are entering a new era of legitimacy. From stablecoin legislation to infrastructure-grade mining, crypto is now firmly on the national policy agenda. This is the moment. #CryptoChampion #JDVance #BitcoinConference #PolicyShift #DigitalFinance

$FNGR what can we do as shareholders to disrupt their plans to kill the company? There are so many of us that as individuals it’s tough but as an army we can force them in a different direction. The biggest thing we can do now is vote NO on any additional shares issued.

Congrats to $FNGR management. You wanted attention and today your stock traded over 5x more shares than any other stock in the markets. What an achievement and I’m sure the @SECGov would be interested in how a low float almost worthless stock could achieve this.

$FNGR - eyes could be on this. Should be. Bottom line: today’s volume should raise internal questions at Nasdaq/FINRA/SEC. Publicly, the only formal regulatory item is the bid-price deficiency, and the price move so far has a disclosed corporate story behind it. Extreme volume in a ~$0.50 stock with a ~$11 million market cap is still high-risk for investors regardless of whether anyone gets a subpoena.High share count in a cheap, thinly capitalized name can mask wash trades, spoofing, coordinated promotion, or unsustainable retail chasing. Nasdaq and FINRA surveillance look at trade-to-trade patterns, not just the headline volume number. The SEC’s Enforcement Division and Market Abuse Unit also screen microcap spikes, especially on Nasdaq Capital Market names — a category Bloomberg and others have tied to a wave of apparent pump-and-dump activity in recent years.archive.mdImportant distinction:Unusual volume + a press release is common and often legal. Unusual volume + coordinated promotion, fake demand, or undisclosed selling is what can become an enforcement matter. FNGR also has an older history of alleging it was targeted by naked shorting and of being criticized in a 2023 short-style report over promotion and dilution. That background makes a spike more likely to get a second look, but it is not evidence of current w
