The question of "who are the people of God today?" has long been a controversial one, and today it is as contentious as it has ever been.
Seemingly every few days there is a flare up between neoconservatives and dispensationalist-influenced evangelicals on one side and the online right and traditional Protestants (and Catholics) on the other.
Just this past week, the subject of the term "Judeo-Christian" was the source of a considerable amount of vitriol (and inevitable talking past one another to score points).
In this book, which has long been promised to you, I lay out what the New Testament actually says, how the covenantal relationship between God and His people developed and was fulfilled in Jesus Christ.
I am not deluded enough to think this will be the final word on the question, but hope that at least I can contribute clarity to a subject of tremendous confusion, and in such a way that sheds light on the subject rather than simply more heat.
If you want to examine a biblical case for why Christ and those united to Him are the Chosen People of God, please read.

PE saw what the Somalis were doing and said “let’s get in on that action.”
This story is insane. Private equity is essentially abusing autistic kids so they can squeeze taxpayer money out of Medicaid.

I want Republicans to win, you should vote straight ticket, etc. I have even argued that someone as awful as Vivek is better than a leftist (still true).
But Vivek is cooked.
I cannot understand what they thought the upside would be here. It was sleazy and low just to have anyone’s mother in an attack ad, but then to find out why they were estranged. How exactly did they think this would be good for them?
Perhaps his campaign (run mostly by his countrymen) doesn’t understand that in America people sympathize with the child who was abused instead of the mother who facilitated it?
Hopefully he doesn’t drag Husted down with him.

If America had built 1,000 nuclear reactors by 2000 and continued expanding, nuclear power would supply ~90% of our electricity today, even with dramatically higher demand from electrification.
We wouldn’t just have cheaper, abundant electricity. We’d have an entirely different industrial economy. Never forget what they stole from you.
Ralph Nader, 1997: “When we came out against nuclear power in the early '70s, the government had predicted that there would be 1,000 nuclear plants by the year 2000 in the United States, and there's 109 and shrinking, as more and more get shut down.” pbs.org/wgbh/pages/frontline…

Whether a Paul Ryan-type or an "extreme right" type, everyone on the Right thinks their faction will benefit if the GOP loses badly. They all think the GOP will instantly transform into what they demand with a loss.
But that's not how politics works. People like Tillis will be even more irrelevant after the midterms, regardless of the result. These types weren't strengthened after 2018, 2020, or 2022. They continued to be diminished with each successive election.
As the DSA shows, you win by getting your candidates elected, not cheering on the sidelines for the other party to win.
Outgoing RINO Senator @ThomTillis gleefully shows a Politico reporter the countdown clock on his phone for what he says is guaranteed Republican defeat in the upcoming midtermS:
"This thing that's going to happen 20 days from now that I have on my countdown clock as whoop ass."

One of the main takeaways – an underdiscussed one – from Nick Shirley's excellent coverage is that the Somali scammers, in most cases, likely came to America legally, disproving the "as long as they come legally!" delusion to which some conservatives still cling.
This is vastly more important than files about some Israeli-connected money launderer who trafficked pre-IG Instagram harlots (and the money laundering there was also the more important story and no one cared).
There are six women’s Federal prisons, so there’s a 17% chance Ilhan will get to continue enjoying Minnesota weather for the next decade or more before finally being deported.
HOLY SH*T.
Apparently an independent investigation into Ilhan Omar marrying her brother was conducted during the Biden Administration and the DOJ refused to act on it. DNA from Omar and Elmi were collected and the report showed:
“clear scientific analysis that is 99.999998% accurate per lab likelihood ratio that Omar and Elmi are biological full siblings.”
Dershowitz is overstating the importance of his faction (something constantly done by either side of the Israeli issue).
They have no alternative. The Democrats are fully overtaken by DSA/BDS.
This is not someone with the leverage to make serious demands of the GOP (which is basically what Vance has signaled our relationship will be with them going forward).
What are the CN guys going to do about this dynamic? The party you claim will be yours in 20 years is not going to revert to neoconservatism after MAGA. It will be this - the evidence is as clear as day the Jewish flight to the right.

The reason HR exists is because of Civil Rights laws. Once a company hits 100 employees, it’s mandated by law that management has to report demographics to the EEOC once a year. At the same time title VII of the 1964 Civil Rights act allows plaintiffs to sue for discrimination damages. But enforcement isn’t clear cut, lawsuits and EEOC enforcement are unpredictable, so companies try to adhere to a nebulous and ever evolving set of “best practices” to avoid getting sued or hammered by the EEOC. This is why companies hire HR professionals. The Civil Rights act replaced the Constitution in 1964.
Our team had several reqs out for months and I recommended two people for the role. They applied which was essentially throwing their resume into the Byzantine corporate HR shredder. I asked the hiring manager is he saw their applications come in and he said no. Somewhere someone who has no concept of the role made a call that these people would be poor applicants and the interviews never took place.

Our response to @ElissaSlotkin's threat to conservative staffers:
“We are going to help them get jobs, we are going to put them to work, and if anyone comes after them—they’ll have a fight on their hands.”
It’s ironic that a very small segment of extremely online people are saying “Trump betrayed us. Vote for Democrats to teach the GOP a lesson” when the actual fight is still between MAGA and the neocons and old guard.
If the GOP loses in the midterms, the former will take massive and obnoxious victory laps online, but in reality they matter as much as Ron Paul winning every online poll in 2012. The real signal in the real world will be to the old GOP (and especially their donors who love demographic replacement) that “MAGA has failed, we are back in business.”
That is what is at stake in the midterms. Not just handing the country over to people who want us dead, but also handing the GOP to the most treacherous and worthless people on the planet.
