But an all-time Colt now moves on to the Seahawks.

Sirianni is a part of the roster they built. His vision for how the team should be run was factored into the decisions they made and the development of the players. You can’t separate the two. You think Phil Jackson would’ve been successful without Mike, Kobe, Shaq? He helped make them who they were, too.
