As an African, I've been told it's unlikely for me to speak up against racism toward India. But this man is why I do. He was my tutor. Years ago, he completely changed my life. Maybe some of you recognize him, if you do, please share this post so it reaches him by surprise! Now I’m being heavily trolled just for defending his country from racist stereotypes. India does not deserve online hate mobs and shallow poverty-porn memes simply for asserting its sovereignty or daring to dream of hosting an Olympic Games. This is a hill I am willing to die on To anyone seeing this across Africa, the Middle East, America, and Asia: don't let Western manufactured propaganda dictate your reality. Before you reduce 1.4 billion people to internet stereotypes, step out of your mom’s basement and travel the world. You’d be amazed by the brilliant minds you find.

Dear Hindu brothers and sisters. Monu’s story inspired me, especially as an African on my Hinduism journey. But it has also left me a serious question; Like what happens, when a devotee makes a Sankalpa (sacred vow) to a deity but fails to fulfil it? Are there serious repercussions tied to this act? And do different Hindu traditions understand this differently? For example, is an unfulfilled vow to Goddess Lakshmi understood differently from one made to Lord Shiva? Or does it depend more on the nature of the vow? Please true Hindus help us understand, what the scriptures stand on this, or what your tradition says, or what you have personally learnt through spiritual practice and experience. Jai Shri Ram🙏🕉️

Dear Indian brothers and sisters, PLEASE DON’T HIDE ANYTHING FROM ME! 😭🙏🕉️ As an African on my Hinduism journey, I have a difficult question, and I need the perspectives. I noticed Ravana was a great devotee of Lord Shiva, but WHY DIDN’T Lord Shiva TRANSFORM RAVANA’S HEART? Why could someone worship a powerful deity yet continue down a path that ultimately led to his destruction? why didn’t Lord shiva intervene to save Ravana from Lord Rama? What does this teaches us, what is the bigger picture? Do a Lord protect his devotee, or am I missing something?

Reading all the replies has made me realise that my original question was more complicated than I thought. 😭🙏🕉️ The things I understood clearly is that in Hinduism, devotion doesn’t automatically mean a person will stop making wrong choices. Free will, karma, ego and dharma all seem to matter. This was a big question and I’m deeply grateful to those who looked deeper and showed me the bigger picture. For everyone who insulted me, please read the replies and gain knowledge with me. Do not become abusive for your own lack of knowledge 🙏🙏

Namaste, Hindu brothers and sisters! 🕉️🙏 As your African Hindu brother 😅😬, I recently practised a form of active meditation and had what felt like a direct encounter with the Divine. 🥹🙏 But can an act still be considered genuine devotion if part of the motivation was someone’s else story? I was deeply moved by the story of a 19-year-old from Araria, Bihar, who reportedly runs nearly 50 km every day to visit all 12 Jyotirlingas after his mother recovered from an illness.

I am not trying to judge the story. I am trying to understand what it reveals about transforming a devotee mind, If a Lord can grant blessings to a devotee, can that same Lord allow the devotee to destroy himself through his own choices?

Hindus please don’t laugh 😆 at me right now. WHY DOES THIS LOOK LIKE LORD KRISHNA?! Are my eyes seeing correctly or no? I found this man/woman online with ZERO CONTEXT! Is dressing like Krishna a recognised form of devotional practice?

Do Hindus have special occasions when people dress up as Krishna? And what does it mean spiritually? And where do we draw the line between respectfully portraying a deity and doing something Hindus might consider inappropriate?

Dear Hindu brothers and sisters, I have a question about death and what happens after it in Hinduism. I understand Hinduism teaches reincarnation? But what I didn’t understand is why do Hindus burn their dead instead of burying? What is the spiritual significance of cremation vs burying? And here’s something I’m especially curious about: if a Hindu dies in a country or community where cremation isn’t possible, and their body is buried instead, what does that mean for their soul and their reincarnation?

Please if you don’t have an answer, let share and learn from knowledgeable Hindus. Do not resort to insulting me for your lack of knowledge. Be a true seeker or unfortunately I’m gonna block you🙏 The most important part of my question is; if a Hindu dies in a country or community where cremation is alien concept, and their body is buried instead, what does that mean?

Dear Hindu brothers and sisters, Why did no one text me “OM SHANTI” I shared I lost my brother, but everyone wrote Rip bro, what is this? I’m genuinely trying to learn and embrace the traditions of Sanatana Dharma Please, accept me and treat me as a fellow Hindu on this journey. Every morning, I’m feel blessed to be part of this religion. I may still have so much to understand, but my desire to learn is genuine. Om Shanti. 🙏🕉️
My brother once told me something about 3 Idiots from India that I didn’t understand until I saw what the internet was becoming. Every October 18th is a heavy date for me. It's the day I lost my brother. As I reflected on his life today, I remembered us sitting together, deeply discussing 3 Idiots. He kept laughing, but he was completely serious when he looked at me and said: "Don't ever be a Chatur." Chatur was a character who chases titles, grades and approval over integrity. And Laughing along with cruelty for likes is exactly that. Fast forward to 2026, I see that same mindset all over the internet: unhinged influencers like @PekicDaniel @Cernovich @Savsays using cheap stereotypes, AI-generated mockery, and manufactured anti-Indian hate as clickbait to feed gullible internet trolls. My brother didn't live to see the state of the internet today, but it turns out he understood a core message before most of us did. To honor his memory, I’m passing his message on to you please spread it across: Don't be a Chatur. Don't laugh along when people are mocked with cheap racial stereotypes.

HOW DID WE GET HERE?!😳 ISLAMIC YOGA! What A BIG DILEMMA?! Yoga is a SANATANI Practice. Can someone explain to me why these religions try to erase the roots of a sacred tradition. There is no such thing as Christian Yoga. There is no such thing as Islamic Yoga. It belongs to Sanatana Dharma, and no amount of rebranding will EVER change that fact!

I think I’ve just witnessed 🤯 HOW RELIGIOUS REBRANDING HAPPEN. I’ve just realized that for years, people have drawn parallels between stories about Lord Krishna and the story of Jesus Christ. Some have even connected the dot that Christianity borrowed elements of Krishna’s story👎 My question for Hindu and Sanatani brothers and sisters; Why aren’t more people discussing these comparisons, educating the world about Sanatani traditions? My point is when people repeatedly hear one religious narrative but know little about another tradition’s history, how can they recognise what is genuinely developed independently, and what has been completed rebranded from another culture?

Dear Hindus 😳 Did Lord Krishna actually support regime change and civil war? 😳 And okay this made me to pause a bit, what could be a justifiable reason for leader to encouraged someone to take up arms against. I think about it from our current day perspective wouldn’t we call that dangerous?

To those who may not know the answer but choose to insult me, accuse me of pushing an agenda, I have attached a snapshot, I was literally attacked with this! Please, if you have an explanation, educate me with scriptural references. If you don’t, I sincerely appeal to you to share this post with knowledgeable Hindus who can help us understand the truth. Don’t display your lack of knowledge through insults🙏🙏

😭🙏 Hindu brothers and sisters, PLEASE, am I being misled right now? A Hindu commented on my post asking me to join ISKCON that I will understand Lord Rama is not on the same level as Lord Krishna. I’m shocked, does ISKCON really teach that Rama is less significant to Krishna? Is this person mistaken, or is this genuinely what ISKCON believes? Do other Hindu traditions see Rama and Krishna differently too? 🙏 Please spread this so it can reach more Hindus and the ISKCON community. It would mean the world to me to hear these perspectives. 🙏

I hope this reaches many people so we can all learn from one another. Please help! My point is are there specific scriptures that explain whether Rama is less significant Personality of Godhead than Krishna? Or how Vishnu relates to both? Are there even analogies that help explain these distinctions? Please don’t just tell me what to believe. Help me understand WHY. I genuinely want to hear from ISKCON devotees AND Hindus from other traditions

Please, I want to hear from BOTH sides! Are there scriptures that support this claim or passages that help explain or challenge it? On my Hinduism journey, I thought Lord Rama, Lord Krishna and Lord Vishnu were all understood as manifestations of the Supreme Divine, but now I hear that different Hindu traditions may explain their relationship differently. 🙏
