I totally understand this argument, but I’m not sure it’s obvious where to focus for upgrades. They have 3 WRs potentially coming back. Maybe a Guard but AVT cones back and Pryor is ok. DL is holding their own. LB could use another dude I guess. A RB swing?

I know they’ve given up assets to improve the Patriots roster before the season, but I feel like it would be a disservice to Drake Maye and the fans to not attempt to improve the roster at the deadline.

This is an absurd take. The kicker gets wiped out to include forcible contact to the plant leg as seen in the sideline angle. It’s comical that you’re trying to explain the roughing the kicker rules to me. I made this judgment for 17 years in the NFL and I wrote the guidance for NCAA officials that they use today almost 15 years ago. If the defender is not pulled down into the kicker it’s a foul for roughing the kicker. See also Dunning-Krueger effect.

Why can’t the @NBA do what the @NFL does with replay? My guess…too many games. NFL also has the advantage of breaks between plays. That said, fouls always have time between plays. Expedite fouls. Allow to look at totality of the play.
