We liked the yellow because it was before their quality turned to dogshit and the burgers weren't $14 and served to you by the rudest person on the planet. The color of packaging is insignificant.
Wendy’s is bringing back its iconic yellow packaging following customer demand.

I have a whole list of people I am exposing. From both departments I’ve worked for. I’ve never deleted a single text message. I’ve never deleted anything.

"You said crime scene investigations can be a factor that weighs on your report. Exhibit 37 please. Dr. What if any information did you have before you issued your report about the necklace in the photo?"
"I was not aware that there was a necklace on Ms. Birchmore."
WOW!

"Was Ms. Birchmore's hyoid bone photographed?"
"Yes, in October of 2024."
"Who asked for those photos?"
"The FBI."
Boston Tom retweeted
"What did you rely on for that?"
"The intake report from Canton PD, the Mass. State Police preliminary report, and the information I got from law enforcement, and, also, the autopsy."
"During the autopsy you saw a fracture to the hyoid bone, an abrasion to the chest, abrasions above and below the furrow and a vertical mark on her chin, is that accurate?"
"Yes."
"Were you told about any male DNA on the ligature?"
"I was not told about any DNA on the ligature."
"What information did you have about the major contributor to that DNA profile on the ligature?"
"I did not have any of that information."
Boom.

If I am on the jury for the #matthewfarwelltrial, the nail in his coffin for me is her phone data:
📱 7:57 PM: Birchmore texted a friend to ask for baby clothes.
📱 9:00 PM: Birchmore spoke with a coworker on the phone.
📱 9:03 PM: Birchmore sent a Snapchat message asking about a work schedule.
📱9:08 PM: Matthew Farwell texted Birchmore asking if he could "come by for a second.”
📱9:10 PM: Birchmore texted Farwell telling him the apartment door would be open; her phone also recorded sensory movement data at this time.
📱9:13 PM: Birchmore’s phone was locked.
📱9:14 PM: Surveillance footage showed Farwell entering Birchmore’s apartment building.
📱9:18 PM: The phone recorded a screenshot of a black screen.
📱9:28 PM: A coworker replied to Birchmore's message, which she never opened.
📱9:40 PM: Birchmore’s phone recorded its final movement (logging eight steps) before stopping.
📱9:43 PM: Surveillance footage showed Farwell exiting the building.
And no one ever heard another word, got another phone call, received a late night text from Sandra ever again.
Everyone that knew Sandra Birchmore testified that she was an over-sharer. EVERY ONE said that. Even her own therapist had to put up boundaries with Sandra because Sandra would contact her at all hours of the day.
BUT once Matthew Farwell left her apartment, all phone activity stopped forever.
None of her friends got the usual immediate update on what happened when Matthew Farwell left her apartment.
#SandraBirchmore left this earth while #MatthewFarwell was still by her side. His was the last face she saw. The person she called her best friend and the love of her life watched the life leave her and then left like nothing even happened.
I think the jury sees the evil and he will be found guilty.

Exclusive story from @LAmag as the Matthew Farwell's defense gets ready to begin presenting its case as early as tomorrow.
In the summer of 2024, as the FBI was closing in on Matthew Farwell, the then ex-Stoughton Police Detective wrote what a federal prosecutor called a "goodbye letter to his best friend," asking this his kids be taken care of.
Farwell ended that letter with: "see you on the other side."
Then, on July 5, 2024, Easton Police got a 911 call that a black GMC truck had plowed into National Grid pole head-on with such force, it split the pole in two. The truck's airbags all deployed in the one-vehicle collision that occurred very close to the ex cop's Chesnut Street home.
The driver? Matthew Farwell. He told responding officers slammed into the pole when he swerved to avoid hitting a deer.

Orlando PD arrested Irene Miller, 50, as she was deboarding a flight from Las Vegas.
Why? She left her kids, 14, 12, 11 and 9 HOME ALONE while she was gone for 5 DAYS.
Osceola Co deputies found them after a 911 call came in on 10/21, reporting that the 9 year old was INJURED after a DUMBBELL fell on his head. 😳

On October 25, 1994, South Carolina’s Susan Smith reported she was carjacked by a Black man who drove away with her two young sons still inside. The claim launched a nationwide search and intense national media attention.
Nine days later, Smith confessed the story was false, admitting she had killed her sons by letting her car roll into a lake

On July 11, 2011, inside a historic oceanfront mansion in Coronado, California, a 6 year old boy fell from a second floor landing.
His name was Max. His father was a wealthy pharmaceutical executive who owned the mansion.
Max had been in the care of his father's girlfriend, 32 year old Rebecca Zahau, when he fell. She was born in Burma, had built a new life in America, and had been living with Max's father in the mansion.
Max was rushed to the hospital in critical condition.
Two days later, early on the morning of July 13, the father's brother, who was staying in the guesthouse, called 911.
He said he'd found Rebecca hanging from a second floor balcony, and had cut her down.
When deputies arrived, what they found was horrifying.
Rebecca was naked. Her ankles were bound. Her wrists were tied behind her back. She had been gagged.
In the bedroom, a message had been painted in black on a door.
"She saved him can you save her"
Max died a few days later.
Two months after that, the sheriff announced his conclusion. Max's fall was an accident. Rebecca's death was a suicide. Investigators said she was distraught over Max, and that she could have tied herself up before going over the balcony. They even demonstrated how.
Her family was stunned. They said Rebecca would never do that. Her sister said the handwriting on the door didn't look like Rebecca's.
The family sued the man who reported finding her.
In 2018, a civil jury in San Diego agreed with them. It found him responsible for Rebecca's death and awarded more than $5 million.
But the verdict was later wiped out in a settlement. He has always said he's innocent.
The sheriff reviewed the case again and stood by the ruling. The medical examiner refused to change it. The state attorney general declined to reopen it.
No one has ever faced criminal charges.
15 years later, Rebecca Zahau's death is still officially a suicide.
Her family still asks how a woman tied her own hands behind her back.

In November 1984, 17-year-old Lisa McVey was riding her bike home after a double shift at a donut shop in Tampa, Florida.
Out of nowhere, a man dragged her off the bike and forced her into his car.
He blindfolded Lisa, pressed a gun to her head and drove to his apartment. For the next 26 hours, he raped and tortured her.
The girl believed she was going to die. But she was determined that if she did, police would catch the man who killed her.
So she paid attention to everything. She peeked under her blindfold whenever she could, counted the steps up to his apartment and pressed her fingerprints onto every surface she could reach in his bathroom.
She also kept him talking and promised to be his girlfriend. She even made up a story that her father was seriously ill and depended on her.
Slowly, it worked. After 26 hours, he drove her back toward her grandmother's house and apologized. Then he told her “Tell your father he's the reason why I didn't kill you."
Every detail she had memorized, from his car to his apartment to the ATM he had stopped at, led police straight to him.
His name was Bobby Joe Long. That year, he killed at least 10 women in the Tampa area. He was arrested on November 16, 1984, and later sentenced to death.
Years later, Lisa joined the same sheriff's office that caught him and became a deputy who helps survivors of sexual violence.
In 2019, when Long was executed, she sat in the front row.

Canton Police knew of a threat to Sandra Birchmore by Matthew Farwell on the first day of the investigation. This tip was given to Sgt Michael Lank.
Lank, one year later in the John O'Keefe death investigation, would be in 34 Fairview Rd to "interview" Brian Albert, Nicole Albert, and Jennifer McCabe as Sgt Sean Goode held onto O'Keefe's phone. Lank would not testify to the fact that O'Keefe's phone was present for these interviews.
Lank also received a phone call prior to calling MSP CPAC unit and entering 34 Fairview Rd - he said he couldn't recall who this call was from.
Lank is still on the Canton Police Department and has received several promotions since Sandra and John's murders.
My coverage of Sandra's death investigation, including details of friends statements that MSP ignored, can be found here:
