The challenge with AI agents is that they connect with multiple systems and models. Hence, it becomes difficult to understand who remains accountable when agent(s) go rogue. Trust can only be earned if such connected AI agents and systems remain transparent, available and auditable all the time. Guardrails alone won't resolve the core challenge. What also matters is the intent.
