Another business bites the dust in Oregon. Rogue Ales was in business for 37 years.

HM3 John T. Fralish, 30, of New Kingstown, Pa., died February 6, 2006 from small arms fire during a patrol in Laghman Province, Afghanistan. He was a hospital corpsman assigned to 1st Battalion, 3rd Marine Regiment, stationed at Marine Corps Base, Hawaii. John and I were in 1/3 together and both avid surfers. We would often skip formations to surf North Beach when the waves were pumping. He was a man we all called Captian America because of his work ethic. The epitome of a Corpsman, John would go through the gates of hell to save a Marine. The student barracks at Hospital Corpsman "A" School in San Antonio, TX are dedicated to John.
