El Salvador deployed ~200 special forces to Croix-des-Bouquets after gangs (mainly Chen Mechan, with 400 Mawozo/Lanmò San Jou involvement) ambushed and kidnapped 4 aviation techs on Oct 18. GSF ops use drones, heavy fire and helicopters; some gang casualties and 4 GSF wounded reported. Claims of Chen Mechan base fully destroyed, faction wiped out, massive Lanmò losses collapsing medical sites, and doctor kidnapping attempts at Santo 22/Sainte Camille remain unconfirmed by official or major outlets. Search continues amid volatile fighting.

🇩🇪 Palantir CEO Alex Karp says he's been warning Germany's political elite about MASS MIGRATION for years, and believes the consequences were entirely predictable.
“I’ve been yelling at various important Germans in private for a long time that if you do not take migration seriously, it’s going to be a disaster.”
When mainstream politicians refuse to confront voters' concerns, they hand power to more radical political forces.
Refusing to deal with the issue doesn't make it disappear. It makes the political consequences inevitable.

🇺🇸🇨🇳 China is no longer expected to overtake the United States as the world's largest economy anytime soon, marking a major shift from predictions made over the past two decades.
For years, economists expected China's rapid growth to continue until its economy surpassed America's, with some forecasts predicting that would happen before 2020.
But those predictions have repeatedly been pushed back.
According to Oxford Economics data, China's economy reached roughly 77% of U.S. GDP in 2021 before falling back to around 67% in 2025.
The latest forecast suggests China's economy will reach only about 84% of America's by 2040.
The comparison uses nominal GDP, measured in U.S. dollars, meaning exchange rates also influence the figures.
China's economic rise has been extraordinary, but the expectation that it would inevitably overtake the United States is looking increasingly uncertain.

Two lives lost after catastrophic flash flooding at the Grand Canyon.
The August 29 storm sent powerful floodwaters through Bright Angel Canyon, killing two hikers and severely damaging the park's water infrastructure.
Officials initially feared around 15 people were missing before accounting for most of them. One hiker remained missing in the September 1 update.
The destruction also triggered major water restrictions and disruptions to park operations.

🚨🇺🇸 The surest sign a new election cycle has started? Democrats are blaming Elon for their mail again😅
James Talarico says every scary mailer and text Texans got about him traces back to one man:
“ Elon Musk is trying to buy this Senate seat in Texas.”
Meanwhile, students across Texas are getting a transgender resource guide from a group nobody can find, with a return address that leads to a UPS Store...
Talarico raised $64 million in a single quarter, so he’s hardly running on bake sale money.
So by Talarico’s own logic, those mystery trans mailers nobody wants to claim must be the work of him and Soros... see how easy it is to blame a billionaire for your mail?

Good Morning from Germany, where one of Europe’s biggest landlords calls the country “uninvestable.” Heimstaden is withholding fresh capital over Berlin’s expropriation plans. It owns 20,000 apartments in the city worth ~€5bn and estimates a potential €1bn loss. Its hybrid bond has plunged from ~98 cents in August to 82.5. The irony: a policy meant to tackle the housing shortage risks driving away investment without building a single new home. bloomberg.com/news/articles/…
