Here's a look at how additional Master Ranks could be distributed, as suggested by the FGC.
0 - 1799 MR = Master
1800 - 1999 = Grand Master
2000 - 2000+ = Ultimate Grand Master
Top 500 = Legend
There is a massive skill disparity within Master Rank that could be represented with extra Ranks, I created some quick designs in Photoshop to visually aid which Master Rate would fall into its respective Rank. Let me know what you think!
Street Fighter 4 had a great way to indicate where your opponent was ranked for their specific character. If Street Fighter 6 could showcase the same during online matches that would be amazing for regions outside of Japan. SF6 leaderboards indicate when you're top 3 for your character so if that was reflected during gameplay it would be a fun way to showcase your hard work. Here I made a quick edit to show how it may be presented. I take pride in my rank as it's granted me many opportunities so I'm not going to pretend I'm too cool to care about cool harmless rewards like this. @CapcomFighters @StreetFighter
This Halloween I want to try being Dhalsim, seems pretty easy to pull off. Just gotta practice some Yoga poses 🙏
Big Mo real for that.
Context: I typed in chat "Blanka players don't remember the slides that got them killed, only the ones that hit"
The hardest part of learning a new character for me is knowing I won but I drop combos. Ingrid level 2 combos are annoying because they change depending on corner positioning. Dropping that combo is a huge momentum loss. I don't understand how some players learn so fast.
Okay everyone, both players got perfect rounds. Which round do you prefer? In my opinion throw loop takes skill as it requires you to master conditioning. So I prefer the Akuma round where he lands 5 throws. The Dhalsim player should have known the Akuma would throw 5 times.
Ingrid - Level 2 super setups are so fun to hit in matches. It's nice to have a character I can have casual fun with on the side, playing Dhalsim has been burning me out lately. Hey maybe if I get really good with Ingrid I can start maining her, especially if she gets giga buffed next patch 👀
I remember when one of the top 3 stakers challenged me to a set. I'm usually at the bottom of the leaderboards so maybe they thought they could hang with me. I won 3-0 with Dhalsim, then 3-0 with a character I never played before. Little do they know I'm consistently top 3 Dhalsim in North America, that's top 0.1% of the player base. I love the idea of putting them in their place 🙏

After going on a 15 loss streak in @1v1Me, I eventually won and went on a winning streak. Some fellow players in the league gave me some advice to relax and not focus on the outcome. @Zaferino1 rewired my brain to not interpret interactions so personally. Preventing emotions from taking the steering wheel as I execute my strategy. So yeah the lesson here is simple, keep it moving. It's traditional advice you've likely heard before, but it's good. Just keep moving forward, say that to yourself when its hard. Pessimism holds no reward, it makes you miss opportunities and self fulfill all your fears.
I've been accused of cherry picking my highlights, glazing myself, and being overly positive about my progress. Well here's me after my 14th loss in a row in 1v1Me league. This moment was a blur, I can't remember if I'm crying or why I'm holding my face. It's difficult to put into words the feeling of going on such a loss streak despite studying the game more than ever. My hands get sweaty and shake uncontrollably especially when I'm about to win. No amount of in game training can prepare me for this issue I have mentally. I can know all the correct answers but my anxiety hinders my ability to execute. If anyone has experience with this and would like to share any advice it would be greatly appreciated. Taking a break is not an option at the moment.

I don't understand why it says Dhalsim can do Normal -> OD, and OD -> OD but he .... can't? #SF6_Sim #SF6_Dhalsim
Watching Tay get revenge like this makes it impossible to not get motivated. It's the most addicting part of fighting games, like I just want to do this to everyone who's beaten me.
Dhalsim - Buffed Zoning - Utilizing new zoning sequences with two fireballs on screen. In fireball wars OD Yoga fire into Yoga arch is very strong to gain zoning advantage.
I am just not good enough at street fighter. I'm coming to terms with that, it's time to start shifting my focus back to my main profession. It's nice to know I gave it my all and took it as far as I can go. I was angry before because I believe you can achieve anything through hard work. But it's smarter to work towards hobbies you're naturally talented at. Learning fighting games has always been an uphill battle and it's insane the skill level I was able to achieve. After giving up content creation and coaching I believed the extra time could be allocated to improving but it hasn't resulted in much. I will still play in 1v1Me Street Fighter league until I inevitablely get booted out due to the amazing talent they brought in. Let's go out in style 🧘♂️ 🔥
Dhalsim Balance Change Wishlist -
Yoga Lance (Back Heavy Punch)
Now earns hard knockdown "Juggle state" if hitting an airborn opponent.
Level 1 Super (Heavy) Now has same invulnerable hurt box as level 2 super. (Will not hit crouching opponent) This allows opponents to safely pressure Dhalsim on knockdown but allow him to defend drive impacts during burnout.
Level 3 super - extended hit box to not allow it to whiff from medium yoga flame cancel.
Akuma is an insane character. He has so many air mobility options, but that mental stack allows him to walk in for free. Before you recognize he's deep walking he's already in his stand jab range because of his walk speed. The more I study him the more I realize he's underrated.
