I put an American flag on my profile because I didn’t like that Republicans were taking over a symbol for all of us.

.@AmericanAir is a bad airline. They keep their frontline agents in the dark about everything so they have plausible deniability and can’t explain why @AmericanAir apparently does not understand logistics or proper planning. Three thumbs down.
