Tonight is a cataclysmic disaster for Republicans. They have lost the Senate, which means that you can kiss goodbye any good judicial appointments, including replacements of Thomas and Alito (unless they declare their resignations immediately). Democrats have flipped or soon will flip NC, SC, TX, OH, MI, IA, KS, and possibly ME (7-8 states; they only needed 4 to control the Senate). There is only an outside chance that Republicans can flip MN.
This is for a six-year term of office, not two years, not four years but six years. This control of the Senate cannot be undone in 2028 because there are an insufficient number of swing states for Senators coming up for reelection to change the results.
Of course, we have lost the House as well, probably by a big margin. Expect unending kangaroo-court investigations of the Trump administration.
In the immortal words of Jerry Seinfeld: "People--they're the worst."
You can argue that Trump and Republican voters made bad choices in the primaries. You can argue that the war in Iran and the resulting increase in gas prices was a bad move. But at the end of the day, none of these things justified these results, given how horrible the Democrat candidates were.
We shall all suffer for it, for judicial appointments by the Senate can affect decades of politics.
There are an enormous number of short-sighted Christians who voted unfaithfully and foolishly, allowing to win Democrat candidates who are among the most extreme leftists with an unprecedented set of grossly evil policies.
This doesn't mean we quit. But the prospects for America just became hugely more difficult.

If someone preaches a gospel that makes progressive leftists cheer, it's not THE gospel.
James Talarico is a master manipulator. He's taken what Christ opposed and fooled many into seeing it as virtue. All the best, Texas 🙏🏼 may God be with you all.

Want to lecture us about Islamophobia?
Start by asking the Yazidis in Iraq, the Christians in Nigeria, the Copts in Egypt, the Christians in Pakistan, the Hindus in Bangladesh, the Ahmadis in Pakistan, and those living under the Taliban in Afghanistan.
And when you’re finished listening to them, come back. I have a much longer list.
Anyone else want to help me expand it?

JUST IN: Another Michigan Democrat just crossed over. State Rep. Karen Whitsett is endorsing the Republican, Mike Rogers, and rejecting El Sayed.

Michigan, go finish it.

I asked 50 Japanese people, ages 9 to 91, one question.
"What do you admire most about Americans?"
Here are the top answers.
10. "They clap when the plane lands." (Office worker, 34)
9. "They say 'I love you' every time they hang up the phone. Even men. Even to other men." (Taxi driver, 61)
8. "A stranger told me she liked my shoes. Then she just walked away. She didn't want anything." (High school girl, 16)
7. "They thank the bus driver when they get off." (Bus driver, 55. He got emotional saying this.)
6. "They tell you their whole life story in the grocery line. I know about one man's divorce, his boat, and his knee surgery. We knew each other for four minutes." (My mother, 64)
5. "They stand for the anthem at a children's baseball game." (Little League coach, 47)
4. "When they lose, they shake hands and say 'good game.' And they mean it." (Sota, 12)
3. "They fly the flag on a regular Tuesday. No holiday. Just because." (Nurse, 28)
2. "They help a stranger push a car out of the snow, then leave without saying their name." (My cousin's husband, 52, who got stuck in Colorado once)
And the number one answer came from the oldest person I asked. My grandfather. He's 91.
He thought about it for a long time.
Then he said:
"They still believe tomorrow will be better than today."
I asked him what he meant.
"In 1946, we had nothing," he said. "The American soldiers I met were young and far from home. But they acted like the future was coming, and it was going to be good. After a while, we started to believe them."
I asked him if he thought Americans still believe that.
He nodded slowly.
"Tell them," he said, "not to stop."

On "VOTING FOR THE LESSER OF TWO EVILS"
If godly people refuse to vote for the LESSER of 2 evils, godless people will vote to ensure you, your children, and your grandchildren get the GREATER of 2 evils.
NEWSFLASH: You will be voting for a "lesser of two evils" until Jesus returns.
Wise Christians can differentiate between a FALLEN candidate and an EVIL candidate.
FALLEN CANDIDATE: Has personal sin in his / her life.
EVIL CANDIDATE: Leads entire communities, states, and nations to sin.

A Muslim man named Arafath Mohammad bought a house in a residential neighborhood and attempted to turn it into a mosque without telling his neighbors.
Thankfully he was refused a permit.
“Islam is not a religion, it’s a takeover.”
Why doesn’t Mohammad move back to one of the 50+ Muslim countries instead of trying to bring his awful, genocidal, pedophile worshipping religion to America?
